Kozappari" is the word I would use to describe it.
It has a strong sense of effervescence, which is typical of spring nama-shu.
Overall, it is refreshingly gorgeous and voluptuous at 15 degrees Celsius.
It goes well with sauteed white fish,
I thought it was a little insufficient as a partner with sauteed gizzard.
It was a refreshing sake, and in a good sense, this expression fits well.
