Since it is Sake Day, I will have a little bit of sake so as not to disturb my work.
Today, we had a bottle of sake named after the rice used to brew sake, which was named in the hope that the future of sake will be bright.
The clear sweetness and acidity gradually gave way to an elegant bitterness, and finally disappeared cleanly and smoothly.

This was the first time I had had sake from Ryujin Shuzo.

Since September 9 is Chou-you-no-Sekku, I opened a bottle of Kikuhime Unfiltered Nama-shu that I had bought at the end of last year.
The flavor of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa is concentrated, and the taste is so thick, sweet and sour that it could be described as rice extract.
When I first tasted it, I was surprised at how different it tasted from any other sake I had had up to that point.
I look forward to this year's release.

I bought this when I went on a trip to Nasu before Obon.
Since we were staying overnight that day, we had this one, which can be stored at room temperature.
I had wanted to drink Watanabe Shuzo's sake for a long time, but there was no store near my house that sold it, so I was finally able to enjoy it this time.
The sweetness is moderate and the taste is calm.
It has a strong rice flavor and a strong acidity that goes well with meals.

We had it over the course of a week.
The flavor increased with each passing day, and by the time we finished it, it had a dense sweetness combined with bitterness that was very delicious.
This was the first time for me to taste sake brewed with Hozu.
Compared to Yamada-Nishiki, I felt that various flavors were more intense.
Perhaps it would have been clearer if we drank them at the same time, but it was a waste of time to do so.
Both are definitely delicious, so I drank them without thinking too hard (lol).

You can literally drink this sake as much as you want.

Like the Hizirizm Watanune Activated Sake we had previously, this one also has a strong gas content.
The rice used for this sake is only described as Gunma rice, but it has a sweeter taste than the Watashu Activated Sake, and the strong acidity from the white malted rice brewing process gives it a nice sharpness.
With an alcohol content of 12%, one would expect it to be lighter in flavor, but it was delicious with its acidity and cloudy flavor.
