Since it is Sake Day, I will have a little bit of sake so as not to disturb my work.
Today, we had a bottle of sake named after the rice used to brew sake, which was named in the hope that the future of sake will be bright.
The clear sweetness and acidity gradually gave way to an elegant bitterness, and finally disappeared cleanly and smoothly.
I look forward to sharing more and more about the wonders of sake with you all.

Good evening, Mr. Sake Rakusei.
Here I am waiting in the cellar too, so I'm looking forward to drinking more and more after reading your post 🎵.
Sake is really great 😊.
It has a nice fruity aroma, but the sweetness is more subdued than the aroma would suggest. The impression was quite subdued.
Perhaps it was because I have been drinking only sweet sake recently, so I felt that it was too much.
It is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and has a very well-balanced flavor.

This was the first time I had had sake from Ryujin Shuzo.
It had a very beautiful sweet taste, and I had it with grilled fish. The salty and sweet tastes matched each other perfectly.
Of course, the sake is also delicious on its own.

Since September 9 is Chou-you-no-Sekku, I opened a bottle of Kikuhime Unfiltered Nama-shu that I had bought at the end of last year.
The flavor of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa is concentrated, and the taste is so thick, sweet and sour that it could be described as rice extract.
When I first tasted it, I was surprised at how different it tasted from any other sake I had had up to that point.
I look forward to this year's release.

I bought this when I went on a trip to Nasu before Obon.
Since we were staying overnight that day, we had this one, which can be stored at room temperature.
I had wanted to drink Watanabe Shuzo's sake for a long time, but there was no store near my house that sold it, so I was finally able to enjoy it this time.
The sweetness is moderate and the taste is calm.
It has a strong rice flavor and a strong acidity that goes well with meals.

Good morning, Sake Rakusei 😃.
Welcome to Nasu 🤗Glad you got the Tochigi sake 🍶 you were looking for too😊.
We drink Kyokko, but I've never taken you to Tamaka, even though I'm curious about it 🥲It's a good food sake 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️
Nasu, it was super fun 😄and there is a local sake shop 🍶Tochigi is all about good sake 🤤.
Now, next time I'm going to get some Asahi Koki 💪.
We had it over the course of a week.
The flavor increased with each passing day, and by the time we finished it, it had a dense sweetness combined with bitterness that was very delicious.
This was the first time for me to taste sake brewed with Hozu.
Compared to Yamada-Nishiki, I felt that various flavors were more intense.
Perhaps it would have been clearer if we drank them at the same time, but it was a waste of time to do so.
Both are definitely delicious, so I drank them without thinking too hard (lol).

It smells so crazy good that you want to keep smelling it.
The elegant sweetness and beautiful acidity disappear in a flash.
There is absolutely no cloying taste, and it is so clear that it is enchanting.
You can literally drink this sake as much as you want.
It is probably sold out by now, but if it is, I will go out and buy some more.
Next year I will be buying it in a bottle.

Sweet good aroma like fresh apples.
At first you feel its sweetness, but it soon disappears from your mouth with the sourness.
It has a clean and dry taste, and can be drunk easily even on a hot day.
The usual Musical Instrument Masamune is delicious, but the dry Musical Instrument Masamune is also delicious.

Like the Hizirizm Watanune Activated Sake we had previously, this one also has a strong gas content.
The rice used for this sake is only described as Gunma rice, but it has a sweeter taste than the Watashu Activated Sake, and the strong acidity from the white malted rice brewing process gives it a nice sharpness.
With an alcohol content of 12%, one would expect it to be lighter in flavor, but it was delicious with its acidity and cloudy flavor.

It is recommended to drink it on the rocks, but this time we enjoyed it chilled and on its own.
It is a rich, mellow, umami-guchi sake with a high alcohol content, but it goes down smoothly and gently on the palate, with a deep sweetness and umami spreading gradually in the mouth.
It is a good sake that you will want to keep drinking while savoring it sipping by sipping.

This is the first time I have had Red Kikyo from Kafuda Sake.
The sourness gradually spreads in the mouth.
The lingering aftertaste after swallowing is also outstanding.
It is delicious.

This is a limited edition sake from Koganezawa that was brewed on an experimental basis.
It is a 50% polished rice daiginjo class and has a very clean taste.
It is characterized by a refreshing acidity, and the sweetness is refreshing and very tasty.

Good evening, Sake Rakusei.
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
That's a very beautiful and easy to drink celebratory sake 🎵.
Let's continue to enjoy good drinking 😊.
Masaaki Sapporo, thank you very much ‼️ I always admire your beautiful photos and reviews and think they look delicious 🙇♂️ I recommend Koganezawa because they are all delicious 😄.
It has a nice banana-like aroma, and when you take a sip, the sweetness spreads out softly.
It tastes good enough on its own, but it is exceptional when served with a meal.
It may or may not be a good thing, but it does increase one's appetite.

It is quite dry due to its low sweetness and strong effervescence.
The freshness is good on a hot day.
Around the third day after opening, the gas settles down and it becomes softer, which I liked.

I could not imagine the flavor at all until I drank it.
It has a variety of flavors, including rice sweetness, grapefruit-like citrus acidity, and of course, beer-like bitterness.
The sweetness changes to sourness and finishes with bitterness.
It is delicious.

It took almost 30 minutes to open the bottle.
I didn't realize it would be such a struggle...
It is sweet and sour.
Like grapefruit juice.
It has a nice sharpness thanks to the strong acidity.
Since it is 5% alcohol, I would like to drink it with ice on a hot day.

Good evening, Mr. Sake Rakusei.
I understand! It's a struggle to open the bottle 💧.
I'm sure you endured quite a bit for 30 minutes.
It's a delicious drink perfect for a really hot day 😊.
It is also very tasty.
It is good cold, but I prefer it when the temperature rises a little, so that I can taste more of the flavor and acidity.
