Another first for Bon in a long time! I used to buy 1 bottle of sake, but I bought the No. 4 bottle to drink a variety of sake 😊.
I knew it! It had a delicious taste that did not disappoint.
The problem with bottle #4 is that you can try a few, but they run out in 2 days...
I guess I'll just drink a bottle of it 🍶.

First time I bought myself a bottle of Koryu!
I drank it right away, and the fruity flavor spread in my mouth as soon as I put it in my mouth, followed by a firm acidity that tightens it up, making it extremely tasty. I would like to try other kinds of Koryu....

First Nabeshima in about 6 years! I've only had it at the store and this is the first time I've bought it for myself, so it's something special!
The fruity aroma from the moment the bottle was opened and poured into the glass was indeed Nabeshima.
A quick sip will give you not only the fruity taste but also the acidity that comes afterwards to finish it off well, which I think is irresistible to sake lovers ☺️.
I can't wait to try more sake from around the world that I haven't had the chance to try yet!

It was my first time to try 18 mori! The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweet fruity taste spreads out, and at the end there is a sour taste and a strong sense of sake, which is very delicious.
I'd like to drink this again if I ever come across it again.

Today, when I went to the liquor store to buy some more, I found a label that stood out from the rest! And it was Manzaku no Hana, a favorite of mine since last year!
I bought a bottle and opened it. The moment I opened the bottle, I was pleasantly surprised by the sound of the carbonation popping.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get a good bottle of it, but I'm sure I'll be able to get a good bottle of it. I'd like to drink more Manzaku no Hana in the future 😋.

My junior colleague bought a bottle of local sake for me, as I love sake. I had never had sake from Iwate Prefecture, so I was grateful for the bottle.
As the label says, "Enjoy the elegant sweetness and fullness of the mouth," there was no spiciness or bitterness at all, yet the sake was still delicious and well balanced.
It's been a long time since I've had a bottle, but it only lasted two days😱.

Our first sake of the new year was the annual Jyushiyo!
And this time we went all out and got a bottle of Nanadaru Nijukan!
I don't even need to say anything about the taste...
It's a sake that just makes you feel happy when you drink it 😊.

Our last sake of the year is Bakuren. Up until now, I've only chosen sake that I like, but this year, I decided to taste sake that I really like!
It's super dry, but very refreshing and easy to drink. I can understand why people who have tried it often say that it is very good value for money.
This is the last one for this year, but we've already bought our New Year's sake at the same time! This is an annual brand, but I'm looking forward to it too much now!

I got my first day off in a long time today! But I had been ordered to clean the house beforehand, so I was trying to figure out where to start. I was thinking about where to start, when he asked me if I wanted to buy some sake.
When I arrived at the sake shop, I was looking for the type of sake I liked and the label, but thanks to Sake no Wa, I started looking at all the different types of sake, and this time I decided on this one!
I knew the name of this sake was "Kenkunichi", but I didn't realize that this was it until I opened the bottle. There was no information on the label, but I was attracted to the name Fuji Masamune and the fact that it was made in Miyagi Prefecture, which I hadn't had yet.
When I drank it, the label said it had a soft, cotton candy-like mouthfeel, and that's exactly what it had. Not only was it sweet, but it also had a bitterness that made it a gem with a delicious balance.
Although I love sake, I will continue to drink it so that I can meet more sake that I have yet to encounter!
