The heat is severe again this year. When I was looking for a sake to drink in this heat, this cool-looking label caught my eye.
I immediately bought it and tried it, and found that it had a refreshing taste with a moderate sourness and sweetness that was perfect for this summer.
Imagining the taste of sake from the label is one of the pleasures of sake.
