The heat is severe again this year. When I was looking for a sake to drink in this heat, this cool-looking label caught my eye. I immediately bought it and tried it, and found that it had a refreshing taste with a moderate sourness and sweetness that was perfect for this summer. Imagining the taste of sake from the label is one of the pleasures of sake.

When I was talking about sake with my junior colleague, I wanted to drink Kudokigatame. It's been years since I've had it, and I've been drinking it, and it's stable and delicious. I wanted to drink it with my colleague, but I couldn't... I hope that the day will come when we can all sit around the sake and talk about what we feel and drink it together.

He gave me the right to buy a bottle of Jyushiyo for Father's Day and I bought it myself. After all, it is indeed a Jyushiyo. It was exceptional. The fruity taste and lack of habits made it easy to drink. I meet many kinds of sake, but I always end up here.

It's been a long time since I've had Manzaku no Hana, but it has a fruity taste that makes it easy for anyone to drink. I like to drink sake while eating sashimi, but I'm still looking for a good snack.

This is the first time we have had Mizuo, but it has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink. It's a good sake for the season when it's going to get hot.

I've been drinking Hananouka regularly since I was allowed to visit the brewery once, and I like it a lot. It has a fruity taste that I think even people who don't drink much sake can enjoy!

I personally like Mansaku no Hana. It's been a while since I've purchased one, so I was excited to take a sip in a glass. The sake is a little dry, crisp and delicious. I'm going to enjoy it while thinking about what I'm going to enjoy it with.
