This is the first time I have had sake from Shimane Prefecture 🍶.
It's refreshing and dry, just like it says "super" 😊It's delicious👍I will look for snacks that go well with the dry sake and drink it. ☺️

I bought again. When I heard that it was an extra item, I couldn't help but buy it immediately.
It has a mild taste, followed by umami and finally spiciness.
I am sure I will be indebted to the mansaku flowers again this year 🍶.

It seems that the brewer forced the toji (master brewer) to brew a sake that would be suitable as a table sake.
In fact, I use it as a table ponzu.

I received a promotion gift and a bottle of Sake from a senior colleague 🎁.
I often drink Nabeshima but never Junmai Daiginjo 😊Opening the bottle was like champagne, the cork was blown out ❗️.
The taste is very mellow and easy to drink 😋It will be gone soon so I will taste it and enjoy it to the end ☺️.

The first sake of the year was decided to be Jyushiyo Ryuzuki😊Oh my god, the clear taste with no bitterness at all from the moment I drink it makes me realize that this is what Jyushiyo is❗️ every year☺️.
This year, I would like to taste as many sake as I can so that I can encounter them 🍶.

I decided on Mansaku no Hana for what will probably be the last sake of the year😊.
A gold version with a pretty turtle label! My first Junmai Daiginjo 🍶It's the kind of sake where the sweetness comes from the gorgeous aroma and makes you feel comfortable ☺️.
Second of three bottles I bought on this last sake purchase! The last bottle will be my first sake of the new year and I'm already looking forward to it 😋.

This was my last sake purchase of the year.
One is Tasake which was opened this day! I bought it in August but I wanted to drink it again.
It's still delicious 😊I had it with sashimi ☺️.

A friend of mine was coming home after a long time, so we went out for a drink for the first time in a while 😊.
It's been about 7 years since we've seen each other again and I ended up opening a whole bottle 😱.

My junior colleague bought this for me when he heard I like Sake 🍶.
I was sorry to receive such an expensive bottle of Kanbokuto, but I opened the bottle since I received it 😊.
It's delicious❗️It goes well with sashimi❗️I was pleasantly surprised by the soft and fluffy flavor that seems to wrap me up somehow☺️.

I was in a hurry to buy some sake, so I stopped by a store and was drawn to a very unusual label and bought it right away! I bought it immediately because it suited the current season so well 😊.
I like drinking Tedorigawa, but I didn't have an image of it being dry, so I gave it a try...it's delicious! The crisp taste gave me a sense of dryness and made me feel the deliciousness of Tedorigawa again 😋.

Got a bunch of squid, so I made some sashimi and opened the bottle right away!
I personally love Akita sake, so I was looking forward to drinking this Harukasumi for the first time 🍶.
I can't stand the way it goes down in my mouth from the fresh aroma 😊.
I think it would be great if we could drink sake while sharing its deliciousness with everyone ☺️.

I stopped by a sake store near where I went out today and chose Meikyojo-jimizu, which I had been curious about for a while. It is one of the most acidic sake I have had recently 🍶I would have loved to have this with sashimi 😊.

For what it's worth, I bought it because of the label! I've often seen the label on Amego no Tsuki, but this is the first time I've seen it!
I drank it right away and found it to be a very dry sake with a clean taste and a hint of rice flavor, which is not only dry but also delicious!

Another first for Bon in a long time! I used to buy 1 bottle of sake, but I bought the No. 4 bottle to drink a variety of sake 😊.
I knew it! It had a delicious taste that did not disappoint.
The problem with bottle #4 is that you can try a few, but they run out in 2 days...
I guess I'll just drink a bottle of it 🍶.
