This is one of my favorite local sake breweries. The aroma is mild, but the flavor of the rice spreads slowly and is so delicious that you can drink it without hesitation! It's great!
Slightly effervescent and refreshingly light, but with a sweetness that expands into a delicious flavor. It is not too sweet and has a sharp aftertaste that does not linger. It's a gubi, isn't it?
It has been a long time since I visited Haneya. I used to take care of them when I had many business trips to Toyama. The aroma is mild. The acidity and slight bitterness spread in good balance, and the taste is clear. It's amazing!
Long time no Morishima. It has a mild taste on the palate. It has a clean taste, but the flavor expands with a slight bitterness, making it a real gubi.
The second autumn sake is Kido. It is mild on the palate, but the umami expands next. It still has the modernity that is typical of Kido, and it is always a great cosmopolitan sake.
The first autumn sake of the year is Akabu. The aroma is restrained, but the gorgeousness spreads in the first sip, and the aftertaste is refreshing with a slight sourness. It is a good sake.
It's not as sweet as a gooseberry, but it's not dry, and combined with a bit of effervescence, it's crazy refreshing. Excellent aftertaste, I'm already empty!
The aroma is restrained. After the fresh fruity sensation in the mouth, exquisite acidity and sweetness spread, making it fresh and light. It is a very good wine.
The first bite was a little sweet? I thought,
but the aroma and gorgeousness of white grapes made me not care about the sweetness, and I ended up guzzling it down.
