It has a mellow mouthfeel, and a unique aroma that leaves your nose when you finish it.
Even if it is the same Toyoga, the sake rice is completely different. Personally, I prefer Hitogokochi.
It has an elegant and refreshing aroma like muscat, and the sourness spreads quickly in the mouth. Slightly carbonated, it is easy to drink and disappears with a gentle aftertaste.
The first Gozenshu.
This was the last of the 9 series. I bought it when I had a chance to get it.
It is like a white wine. It has a peach or melon aroma and is very easy to drink and delicious.
The check-in 100th anniversary is Jyushiyo.
From the glass, it has an upfront aroma reminiscent of muscat. The mouthfeel is refreshing with a firm umami flavor. The clear sweetness spreads in the mouth.
It is not easy to drink, so we enjoyed it carefully.
Good evening, Kenken-san.
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
Jyushiyo is the best for the memorable 100 check-ins ⤴️
I am so jealous 😁✨✨.
I hope you continue to enjoy a good sake life 😊.
Good evening, Kenkensan 🌙

Congratulations on your 100th check-in, Kenken 🎉🎊!
You've just become a Kiri number with a great drink 😊I can't even imagine what it tastes like on ‼️ when it was so good on top ✨!
When I opened the bottle, I did it slowly and carefully. The lid did not fly off this time😍.
It has a nice balance of sweetness and a slight bitterness with a hint of carbonation.
The taste is just like Kangiku and does not disappoint.
It has a full-bodied flavor, good acidity, and a nice sharpness, and is well balanced.
It is recommended to be served cold, room temperature, or hot, but we enjoyed it cold.
Open the lid and pop. It's nice and fresh.
There's a bit of a fruity pear-like flavor, but also a nice aroma of rice. Drinkable.
Along with a slight fruity aroma, the sweetness and umami of the rice spreads in the mouth!
There is a slight gassy feeling, and it is fresh but also mature.
Wow, this is delicious!
The mild, sweet aroma of white peaches is pleasant, fresh, soft, sweet, and white wine-like, easy to drink, and has a nice, tangy, slightly gassy taste.
This is the first time I have had Kawanakajima Genmai. It is a junmai ginjo made from Miyamanishiki polished to 49%. It has a refined aroma, soft mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, and a nice sharpness after drinking.
