Shinshu Kamerei drinking comparison. All are jungin polished 55%. This one is made with Hitogochi from the terraced rice paddies of Inakura. This one has the most refreshing taste with little intonation.

Yas☆San Good evening! I was so surprised! I've never seen this brown Shinshu tortoise age before. I've never seen it before. It's only available at six stores in Nagano Prefecture! I'd love to compare the two ✨.

Good evening, Yukachin-san! I couldn't help but go out for a drink on a weekday when I heard that you can compare the hard-to-find Shinshu Kamerei in Nagoya 😅. I'm glad I got to try this rare sake ✨.

Good evening, Shishigami 😄Thank you for your comment 🙇♂️. This brown bottle seems to be limited to 6 stores and the Tozawa Hitogochochi on the left is limited to 2 stores😅. Thanks to the store owner who goes to Nagano to buy 😊.

The first sip is received. It has a freshness despite being fire-roasted, with a hint of sweetness and umami, and it disappears without a hitch. As the temperature rises, the umami increases. In general, the taste is clean and refreshing.

Yas☆San It is hard to get Shinshu Kamerei in Nagoya, isn't it? But I envy you because you can get Tenbi at "Sake no Okadaya" in front of Nagoya station ✨You want sake that you can't drink easily, don't you?

Kisshi, the hurdle is a little lower for Amami because you can get it at Sakaizendo 😄. Jikin and Hanahayo are a bit harder to get as you have to win the lottery at SakeSendou 😅.

Yasu☆San There are two stores in Shizuoka where you can get the right to purchase Jigen with points, but it is certainly a hurdle to overcome! I can now get KahayoYoku at a liquor store in Hamamatsu that I've become friends with ✨We both have a lot of things going on, don't we?
