Sweetness came first, then a slight bitterness and pungency. Finally, there was a lingering aroma that spread and quickly receded.

I wanted to drink it after seeing other people drinking it, so I asked Kobayashi Shuzo, a liquor store in Minamiaizu-cho, to reserve a bottle for me. When I put it in my mouth, the sweetness, slight spiciness, and umami came in with a bang. The back palate has umami at the base of the tongue and a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue. It was a very heavy sake that was very drinkable.

A treat this time of year. It is my favorite sake, which I have my friend's Kobayashi Sake Shop in Minamiaizu-cho order for me every year. I like the balance of sweetness, bitterness, spiciness and aroma.

We look forward to working with you in the New Year. The first sake of 2024 was a local sake called Romain. The ginjo aroma and the sweetness of the rice are complemented by a bitter taste, which sinks into the back of the throat. It is still delicious.

Happy New Year, nabe🌅! I enjoyed the Jyurouman that we drank at the Kenmin Kai, so I would like to drink it at home this year 🤗. I also went to Aizu with my family last year and now I want to revisit Aizu with the two of us for a drink outside 😄.

There is a bit of sweetness, but it is more of a mellowness that rolls across the tongue. It is delicious.

It is said to be a limited edition for tasting events. It is said to be slightly high in alcohol content because it is a pure sake, but it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it. The umami spreads from the center of the tongue to the source, and the light bitterness finishes it off.

Aizu Tajima is a nice place! The sake is good, of course, but the tomatoes (🍅) are very good in Minamiaizu!

Mee-san. I am very happy to hear you say that Tajima is the name of the place before the municipal merger! And thank you for the compliment on my tomatoes. I highly recommend Nango tomato juice, especially the unsalted version!
