The aroma is understated but elegantly fruity. It's as dry as you'd expect it to be and dry on the palate, but if you let it air out a bit, you'll get a fluffy sweetness of rice in your mouth. It's very interesting, spreading all over and showing a soft expression.
Even though it's a summer brew, it's not too light, but it's a delicious brew with a strong flavor. The label is cute too.

ラベルに書いてあるとおり、香りはバナナで、口に含むとリンゴやメロン。精米歩合60%でこれほどまでにフルーティーなのかと驚愕。しかし喉越しは切れ味よく、スッキリとした辛口で料理にも合うし、適度な酸味のバランスも良くとても飲みやすい。凄く美味しい！！

杯を近づけるとフルーティーさとは違う硬派な吟醸香が華やかに香る。きっと水が綺麗なんだろうなと思わせる透明感、スッキリした程よい辛口がとても飲みやすい。
