I bought this limited edition sake at the Nagoya Takashimaya event. I was attracted by the name and bought it without a second thought. It has a gentle aroma of rice. On the first day of opening the bottle, it seemed pale with no sweetness at all, but on the second day, the acidity rose at once and it tasted like calpis soda, not sweet at all...! I was surprised at the completely different impression. I definitely like the second day's taste better! I'd like to try it at different temperatures. It seems to go well with strong flavored food!

I was curious about this sake because of the liquor store's introduction! The bottle is cute. The aroma is mild, the sweetness is mild, and the aftertaste is acidic. Delicious and easy to drink with a meal!

Checking in for the first time in 4 years...! I hadn't consumed any alcohol, let alone sake, in recent years, but I wanted to have a drink for the first time in a while, so I bought my first Kangiku. As soon as I drank it, the sweetness spread out, and it tasted so good! The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink! No wonder this is so popular! I paired it with salted yakisoba noodles and it was so good I ate too much!

This is the second time I've bought this, following the Shu label! The free shipping campaign at Gonoi Sake Store has ended, but I wanted to drink a lot of Fukushima sake, so I bought it in bulk. It's gentle, sweet and sour, and very delicious! I still love it. I want to try the other labels too!

It's really thick, but there's almost no bitterness and it's sweet and sour, so it's surprisingly easy to drink. But if you drink it in the usual way, you'll get drunk soon...! It's a sake to be enjoyed slowly. It's delicious.

My first Kamo Nishiki! I bought it at Shusendo Horiichi in Nagoya. I loved the refreshing sweetness and slight gasiness of it! It's low in alcohol content, and I drank it while eating a hot pot.

I poured a glass of sake before I took the picture, so here it is with a glass. I'm not yet familiar with the term "fruity sake", and I've seen a lot of reviews of this one with words like "fruity" and "muscat", so I thought I'd savor it before drinking it, but it was gone in an instant: ...... One of the reasons I fell in love with sake. The sky blue label is beautiful! It was pretty clean and crisp the first day, but after a few days, it got sweeter. Very tasty!
