I bought this limited edition sake at the Nagoya Takashimaya event. I was attracted by the name and bought it without a second thought.
It has a gentle aroma of rice. On the first day of opening the bottle, it seemed pale with no sweetness at all, but on the second day, the acidity rose at once and it tasted like calpis soda, not sweet at all...! I was surprised at the completely different impression. I definitely like the second day's taste better! I'd like to try it at different temperatures.
It seems to go well with strong flavored food!
