I forgot to take a picture before drinking it, so excuse the empty bottle...! When you open the bottle, you can hear a popping sound! This was also a limited edition sake purchased at the Nagoya Takashimaya event, I believe. I am very happy to have this bottle of Collage...! The aroma is clean. The aroma is clean, the sweetness is mild, and the aftertaste is long-lasting. I paired it with a variety of dishes, but personally, I liked it with shrimp cutlet with egg and rice bowl! It seems to be a good combination with dishes that have a gentle sweetness. This one is 16%, but I've been drinking a lot of low alcohol lately, so I felt it was a little strong...! I'll drink it carefully and a little at a time ✨

I bought this limited edition sake at the Nagoya Takashimaya event. I was attracted by the name and bought it without a second thought. It has a gentle aroma of rice. On the first day of opening the bottle, it seemed pale with no sweetness at all, but on the second day, the acidity rose at once and it tasted like calpis soda, not sweet at all...! I was surprised at the completely different impression. I definitely like the second day's taste better! I'd like to try it at different temperatures. It seems to go well with strong flavored food!

Checking in for the first time in 4 years...! I hadn't consumed any alcohol, let alone sake, in recent years, but I wanted to have a drink for the first time in a while, so I bought my first Kangiku. As soon as I drank it, the sweetness spread out, and it tasted so good! The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink! No wonder this is so popular! I paired it with salted yakisoba noodles and it was so good I ate too much!

This is the second time I've bought this, following the Shu label! The free shipping campaign at Gonoi Sake Store has ended, but I wanted to drink a lot of Fukushima sake, so I bought it in bulk. It's gentle, sweet and sour, and very delicious! I still love it. I want to try the other labels too!

My first Kamo Nishiki! I bought it at Shusendo Horiichi in Nagoya. I loved the refreshing sweetness and slight gasiness of it! It's low in alcohol content, and I drank it while eating a hot pot.
