I was scared off by its sweet, sweet reputation, but finally bought it. I love that it's gorgeous and all swirly! Very tasty!　It has a sake feel to it, and it tastes fine with food! The only thing is that it's very assertive, so you may have to choose which dishes to pair it with. Thanks to my local liquor store, I'm getting a lot of Tosa sake. (I always wonder what 14% means for an unpasteurized sake...strange...)

It seems to be a new brand from a year ago, jet black. I can drink it like a juice! It's refreshing, but not too refreshing. Delicious~! The rice is Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki, a sense of nobility ^▼^^.

Pure! The lack of miscellaneous flavors is amazing, eh water? (It's very good water, but...) It's a food sake. I paired it with sake-dipped salmon from Niigata, but I think a stronger sake would go well with this.

I've been curious about this wine for a while now, and I saw it at a liquor store in GINZA SIX, so I decided to try it. I thought it was going to be like an after-dinner drink or a bedtime drink, but it wasn't! It feels like an ordinary, delicious sake.

It's still a bit different from Modern Sentry🤔I personally found it rather sweet! Regardless, Kagurazaka Sugitama is a good, cheap and tasty restaurant.

The sake of Kochi, following the Drunken Whale at Bocchiriya! The picture is with the coed beer I bought at AKOMEYA lol I was reminded of how much I love Junmai Daiginjo. Fruity but slightly dry? But for a Tosa, it's pretty good. I was actually looking for the CEL24 for Katsuragi, but I didn't find it, so hopefully I'll be able to get that one next time too!

2019 Year-end Sake made by a family friend! They are only available through crowdfunding. It's sparkling and very refreshing, but also has a nice bitter flavor. It's delicious. Spread it around!

Drunk and unable to take proper pictures. Kofu. It seems to be a collaboration between the University of Shiga Prefecture's Sake Project and Kita Sake Brewery. It's amazing. If they can make this kind of sake, let me transfer to the university next year (I'm in the middle of job hunting)!

Special A Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 45 2020 6/27 My second visit to Cuisine Shingo. The chef remembered me...wow! Too delicious! It looks like it was a limited edition! I'm glad my friend was so impressed.
