るーずべると3世Sake from Iwakuni, Choshu "Ganki" Junmai, unfiltered, 100% Yamadanishiki, should be delicious. It is best at room temperature. Goes well with sashimi.
るーずべると3世This is the original sake from the Niigata Aeon 2023 anniversary celebration. We will enjoy this sake with gratitude to DHC Sake Brewery, which inherited the Oguro Sake Brewery in Kita-ku, Niigata City (formerly Toei City), for continuing to produce Echino Umezato. The sake has a robust flavor. The next day, there was a nice change in taste.
るーずべると3世The first cold wave of the year. Welcome sake with "Hokusetsu", a local sake from Sado Island. Yellowtail sashimi and red snow crab go well together.
るーずべると3世Denshogiku is a soothing remedy for a tired body after a tire change. It is a delicious sake. Good value for money even though it is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. I want another bottle.
るーずべると3世Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807
Junmai-shu made with Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture and deep groundwater from the Katsuragi mountain range
Refreshing aroma and acidity.
Delicious sake!
るーずべると3世A challenging sake from Niigata Sado "Tenryohai". The title "Toki Roman" attracts me. It has a deep flavor and goes well with cheese. I like Niigata sake that is not light and dry!
るーずべると3世The second drink at a soba noodle restaurant in Kanda
Kaiun Junmai sake with a "Maneki Neko" label. It is a dry, light, and clean sake for men, not what it looks like. The scallops are delicious!
るーずべると3世One cup I stocked up on while climbing Mt. Thanks to Mt. Mukou, the hero of Chichibu, which has been sending cement (limestone) since the Meiji era for the development of Japanese industry...and has been completely transformed!
