Tour of the Noto Peninsula, starting with Himi City on the first day. We purchased "Akebono" at the Takazawa Sake Brewery and stayed overnight in Shiga Town. We prayed for the recovery of the area with a drink in the evening! A clear and tasty junmai sake that goes well with seafood.
