Purchased at a local liquor store Recently, I've been emptying my four-pack of sake at a rapid pace, so I bought a bottle of sake that I thought would last a little longer if it was recommended to be drunk on the rocks. It's a bit like shochu. It's originally very strong, so even if it's diluted with ice, it's still good. It lasted longer than usual.

First in a series of purchases at an antenna store in Niigata At first, I bought it because of its summery label. I heard it glows in the dark. It tastes mildly sweet and easy to drink! Most summer sakes are easy to drink, so I guess it will be gone soon!

Purchased at a nearby liquor store The taste is light. I bought it because I was attracted to Omachi. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees. I was able to drink it quickly and finish it quickly. Even people who don't like sake can enjoy it!

The sake I bought with it was lighter and I felt it had a strong flavor, but it was easy to drink and refreshing, just like a summer sake. The alcohol content is high at 16.9 degrees. It seems to go well with a slightly strong snack.

Chrysanthemum in winter series Cool light blue label with a summery look It is said to have a fresh fruitiness and sharpness reminiscent of apples. The sharpness is stronger when just opened, and the sweetness becomes stronger after a while. The alcohol content is also light, probably because it is a little low at 14%.

I was attracted by this label again this year. The label looks like an aquarium, just like last year. On the back of the label is a picture of sushi, which seems to go well with this sake. The taste is summery and refreshing. It tastes a bit like rumune. I think I was attracted by its appearance. It seems to go well with sashimi and vinegared food.

The label is the same as the name, bright red, just like a red wine. There was also a white wine of the same type, but I bought this one for some reason. The red wine is said to be an orikarami. I thought it was Junmai Ginjo, but it turned out to be Daiginjo. It was so carbonated that there was a warning to open the bottle. As I don't like carbonation, it was a little hard to drink after opening. The next day I drank it and it was just right. It seems to go well with strong flavored food. I will drink it with yakitori.

I have been drinking a lot of sour and sweet sake recently, so I thought this would be a dry and refreshing sake. When I opened it, it was rather tangy and dry, but it seemed to mellow out little by little. The refreshing feeling is still the same, and it's easy to drink. This is another sake that was recommended to me at the liquor store. It seems to be a sister product of the usual Pure Black, and the koji used is white koji! It certainly has a sweet and sour taste like the strawberry in the name! It has 16 degrees of alcohol, but it's so refreshing that you can easily drink it, which may be dangerous.

Purchased on recommendation from a local liquor store. It is a 14% sake, but it seems to be very thick, probably due to the fact that it is a nama sake. It has a sourness that is typical of nama-zake. I wonder how it will be after some time.

Purchased at a department store on my way out. It seems that this is something they don't usually carry. The taste is sweet and strong, but there is no aftertaste. But the aftertaste is refreshing. It is easy to drink and you can't stop drinking it. I found it was gone before I knew it.

Sake that I drank at a store and bought because of its interesting taste and liking. It is said to have a "mellow✕ sharp" taste. Tastes like custard cream (no vanilla taste but atmosphere) It's sweet, yet refreshing...how strange! I'll try it next time to see what happens if I heat it up.
