Purchased at an event
Aroma is strong when opened.
Sweet but easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.
It seems she still likes the taste of unpasteurized sake.
Special issue with a paper label around it.
Easy to drink for its 17.5 alcohol content.
Sweet at first, then a little tangy, delicious!
Goes very well with strong flavored meals.
I didn't put it on here, but I drank it years ago for the second time.
It's so shrieky that the cork flies off the bottle.
Smells so good!
Easy to drink and gone in two weekends!
I've had a few Shiki Sakura sakes, and I relatively like them.
The red label stands out.
I like the white winter one a lot, but I think the spring one is more refreshing.
This sake is not available in Tokyo, so I had someone buy it for me.
It is said to be slightly dry, but it is sweeter than the other bottle from the same brewery that I got.
It was easy to drink and was gone in no time!
As written on the back, it tastes sour like yogurt at first.
I think it calmed down after a while after opening it.
Maybe it's because it tastes like yogurt, or maybe it's because it goes well with spicy food.
Whatever the case, it's delicious!
Kamotsuru's limited time sake
I found it at a sake shop on Miyajima and bought it without a second thought.
The shopkeeper told me that it was so delicious that it would run out soon, and indeed it did.
(Laughs) Looking at the recent trend, it seems that I'm a sucker for nama sake.
Sake purchased at a liquor store in Miyajima
The label is Miyajima-esque, with a design of the shrine's torii gate.
The taste is light, like a daiginjo. Not too sweet and refreshing.
It was easy to drink like water, so it went by quickly.
I went on a trip to Hiroshima and bought this at a Saijo sake tour.
I was allowed to taste it and it was so good that I ended up buying it!
I like the sake in its raw state, but it's also easy to drink and tastes great!
It's a 300ml mini bottle, so you can finish it in one sitting!
I got it as a souvenir from a sake brewery tour.
The ingredients were written as "gold leaf" and I wondered which one it was, but it had gold leaf in the shape of a cherry blossom.
I thought it was refreshing at the beginning, but the last sip felt a little too alcoholic. Maybe it was my imagination.
I bought this sake at a department store event.
It seems to be made from sake rice called "Celebration" produced in Kyoto Prefecture, and with its congratulatory label and the name of the sake rice, it might be a good gift for someone.
The taste is not spicy, but rather refreshing.
It goes well with nabe (hot pot), so I enjoyed drinking it!
Purchased at a department store event
Red apple and cute name.
It was just released and didn't have a label yet;;
When I tasted it for the first time, I was surprised that it was like a white wine, which I usually don't drink.
I tried other low alcohol rainfall but it was too sweet for me.
I paired it with high cocoa chocolate and it was so good!
Maybe it tastes better if you drink it like a wine!
Bought as a souvenir for myself in Sapporo
At first I wasn't going to buy it, but I bought it because I enjoyed drinking a bottle of Kamikawa Taisetsu's Honjozo sake at a tavern where we had dinner...
The taste is strong but very easy to drink!
No regrets buying it!
Sake I got as a souvenir.
I drank it at the same time as Meikyojosui, but I think the atmosphere is similar.
It's refreshingly dry.
I drink it chilled, but I wonder how it would taste at room temperature.
Purchased at the beginning of the New Year
The label is quite interesting.
The taste is also to my liking.
The alcohol content is high (17%) because it's a pure sake, but it's easy to drink with a delicious taste.
