The label looked somewhat festive, so I bought it before New Year's and opened it on New Year's Day. I bought it before New Year's Day and opened it on New Year's Day. The price is reasonable for a daiginjo! It is said that many of their sake are dry to begin with, and this one is quite dry too! It became more pungent after some time. I think it tasted better when it was freshly opened.

The label is stylish and looks like wine. It tastes like junmai sake and is not as wine-like as it looks. The alcohol content is a little low at 13 degrees and the acidity is not too strong, so it's easy to drink. Not too strong acidity, so it's easy to drink and won't interfere with your meal.

The usual chrysanthemum series Cute bottle! Polishing ratio is 39%, and the aftertaste is clean. The more polished rice has no cloying taste, so it tastes sweeter. It seems to be easy to drink for those who don't like sake. I think it goes better before or after a meal than during a meal.

Trying to find a relatively inexpensive sake. I've been buying a lot of 4-packs lately for over 1500 yen, but I bought this one to try and keep the price down. Purchased it for about 1200 yen The result is delicious! Unexpectedly, sweet sake goes well with raw sake.

Purchased at Isetan Shinjuku I bought it because I don't see it very often in Tokyo. Reasonably priced for a junmai ginjo from Omachi. The taste is mellow, dry, and easy to drink. Above all, the label is cute!

It is a limited edition product that is bottled in small quantities only in years when the sake degree of +20 degrees is exceeded. Purchased at an antenna store in Niigata It is a very dry sake, as it is said to be one of the best junmai sake. The alcohol content is high at 18.5 degrees. Although it is dry, it is easy to drink as it has a refreshing taste. But the high alcohol content makes it dangerously refreshing.

I bought it at a booth at Isetan. It seems to be from the Tango area of Kyoto. Surprised at the reasonable price for a junmai daiginjo! Slightly acidic and refreshing, as you would expect from a pure sake. The alcohol content is high (16-17%), but easy to drink!

It seems to be a blend of Setoichi's "Kakukakushika" and "Pihyara". I've had sake from Seto Sake Brewery before, and I liked Kakukakushika when I was on vacation, so I bought it this time when I saw it. It was so long ago that I forgot what it tasted like; The taste was strong at first, but the aftertaste was light. I would buy Setoichi's sake more if it were cheaper. And the size is small, so it runs out quickly.
