Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Niigata I decided on this one after drinking a lot at the Ponshukan. The one I tasted was a special junmai, and the one I bought was a junmai ginjo. I heard it won a gold medal at the Tasteful Sake in a Wine Glass Awards. Sweet taste and easy to drink with no bad aftertaste. It is less habitual than the special junmai we tasted, but not as bad as it sounds.

Buy at the supermarket It says it goes well with both cold and warmed sake, so I want to try different things. At first, I tried drinking it chilled. It has a dry aftertaste from the umakuchi (flavorful) taste. Maybe I'll try drinking it a little warmer this time.

I've been hooked on Kangiku since last fall. I was hesitant to buy it because it was a daiginjo and expensive, but in the end I couldn't resist the temptation and bought it! I like the color of the label. It still feels sweet, but it is easy to drink. Today's saikyo-yaki miso has a nice sweetness to it.

Purchased at a nearby liquor store They had one with #6 yeast and one with #7 yeast, and I bought the #6 one. Not much bitterness, but a good balance of sweetness and sourness. It was easy to drink and gone in no time.

I've been curious about this sake because of its cute label. It has a dry taste with a sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. The white label on the clear glass doesn't photograph well, but it looks like an aquarium.

I bought this sake because it was described as being made by a female brewer. I was expecting it to have a pronounced sweetness, but it was easy to drink, with a clean taste and a bit of bitterness. I was expecting it to be sweet, but it was easy to drink. It was delicious with strong-flavored hot pot.

It was recommended to me by a liquor store. As the description says, it is dry and refreshing. The aftertaste is dry and not too lingering. Good value for money! I paired it with kimchi nabe, but I'm sure it would go well with other dishes as well.

Sleeping sake made in 2016, a gift from my parents' house Part2 The color of this one has changed to a golden color. This one is more rice-like than the last one I drank. It's very sweet and goes well with strong flavors. Today, I served it with green pepper paste. I'm enjoying it like Shaoxing wine.

I bought it in Kanazawa as a souvenir of my trip. It is very easy to drink! If you look carefully, you'll be surprised at the high alcohol content of 18 degrees. I can drink it easily, but I have to be careful. The taste changes again when I drink it at the beginning of the year. It tastes a little bitter.

The theme for winter 2021 is chicken. I haven't had a chance to drink it with chicken dishes yet, but I thought it would go better with kimchi nabe than nameko. The sweetness stands out when paired with kimchi nabe. The taste is refreshing without being hard to drink. The label is cute as always!
