The aroma is melon.
Mild on the palate.
Clear and dry on the inside. A little umami. Sweetness?

The aroma is slightly fruity.
Clear on the palate.
The inside is dry and tasty.
The aftertaste is dry and sharp.
Can I describe it as fresh, light and dry? Oh, it makes me want to eat sashimi!
The third sake of the 3 sake tasting is Iraka. I can't read it.
This is the first time to drink it.

Fresh mouthfeel

If you pair it with a Tsumami, you may forget that you are drinking it (lol).
The second of three sake tastings is Gokotsuru.
It is also delicious.
The aroma is discreet and fruity.
Mild and slightly tangy on the palate
The middle taste is slightly peculiar, sweet and delicious.
The aftertaste is spicy and lingering, stimulating the back of the throat.
I wonder if it has a high alcohol content. It is a little peculiar compared to Kuromatsu Senjo, but it is a delicious peculiar.
When paired with pickled nozawana or turnip as a snack, it really disappears as if it is wrapped up.
A little drink from Monday's regular jogging
At Nagano antenna store. I came here to buy some Nagano Tsumami, but I drank it lol.
Tasting 3 kinds of sake.
The first one is Kuromatsu Senjo. It is my first time to drink it.
The aroma is sweet pineapple.

The third drink of the 0th round was the first brand I had ever had, as recommended by the proprietress.
Aozora Hatsu Shibori Junmai Nama Nama Kasumishu
The aroma is almost clear.
Mild and slightly tangy on the palate.
The middle taste is sweet and umami.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with a hint of acidity at the back of the throat. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, while the acidity gently stimulates the back of the throat.
The base water is probably delicious. There are no major characteristics to the sake, but it is easy to drink. It was also delicious. I'm off to a year-end party now.
The second drink of the 0th meeting was Junmai Nigori from Hirotogawa.
I was afraid to choose this sake, but I thought I would compare Amami and Hirotogawa.
The aroma was peachy and fruity.
The mouthfeel is sweet with a touch of gas.
The inside has a gentle umami flavor.
The aftertaste is bitter and pungent.
Compared to Tenbi, Hirotogawa has more gas and sweetness.
It also has a strong umami inside. If Tenbi is delicate, Hirotogawa gives the impression of being more robust.
Hirotogawa is also good.
There was a sake bar near the venue of the year-end party, so we took the liberty of having an after-party.
The first sake of the day was "Yukiten" by Tenbi. I expected it to be sweet and refreshing.
The aroma was soft and fruity.
The mouthfeel was slightly sweet with a fine, delicate sizzling sensation.
The inside taste is refreshing and umami,
The aftertaste is bitter and pungent.
It is very good.
I bought it at a liquor store I wandered into on my weekend run🏃.
Since I'm on meal duty today, I decided to make the sake and the snacks to my liking.
However, I decided to go with my wife's favorite brand, Tetorigawa.
I like it too, and it is consistently good!
The aroma is fresh and fruity.
The mouthfeel is fizzy with a slight tongue tingle.
The inside is umami.
The aftertaste is sharp from bitterness.
It went well with skipjack carpaccio, tuna sashimi, steamed clams with sake, salted squid, and stewed fugu (blowfish).
It went well with all of them.
Attracted by the kappa illustration, I bought it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in the basement of Kamekuro.
No aroma, a hint of pear?
The palate is clear with a touch of tang.
The inside has a rich and delicious flavor.
The aftertaste is sharp with bitterness and spiciness.
It is delicious.
A little drink (tasting) from jogging on Monday's regular holiday
I stopped by Fukuhara Brewery for the first time, which I had been curious about for a while.
I was so excited to see so many sake on the shelves (lol).
I chose Gobashi Junmai Araubashiri for the tasting.
Fruity aroma with a banana-like flavor.
The mouthfeel is clear and slightly tangy.
The inside is softly rice flavor.
The sweet bitterness lingers in the back of the throat.
The lingering aftertaste is very satisfying, so it goes well with a variety of meals.
Today I went to Imadeya in Kinshicho to buy sake.
The famous sake brewer of "Hakurakusei" was at the store, and we were allowed to taste about 4 different kinds of sake at the store. Each of them was a Junmai Daiginjo of Hakurakusei, a special movie collaboration sake, a Hakurakusei polished up to 29%, and a very premium Hakurakusei polished up to 15%, all of which were really excellent.
Among them, I decided to purchase the most affordable Junmai Daiginjo, which costs 3,000 yen for a four-pack bottle, in lieu of a thank-you, and enjoy it at home at my leisure. Thank you for today's wonderful encounter and delicious experience!
Hakurakusei is made with the "ultimate food sake" in mind, with a rice polishing ratio of 40%. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of pineapple, and the mouthfeel is very mild. The mid-palate is clear with no cloying flavor, and the overall impression is dry.
The aftertaste is dry and slightly lingering, with a hint of bitterness that adds a pleasant accent. It is a perfect bottle to drink with a meal!
I couldn't attach a photo! Later.
I drank it because it had a good reputation.
Yum! I could keep drinking it forever.
It's a classic type, but it's clean and has no cloying taste.

Mouthfeel is mellow.

It is a complex taste. But it is delicious.

I could drink this all the time!
I received this as a gift from a friend. Thanks!
It looks like a collaboration with Hasegawa Sake Shop.

The middle taste is umami and sweetness of rice.
The aftertaste is refreshing with a spicy bitterness.
It was a delicious sake! It went well with a salty meal (soaked spinach).
The label doesn't go into detail, so the following is from the Internet.
Brewed with 60% Yamadanishiki from Bessho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture as the malted rice and 60% Yukihotaka from Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture as the premium rice.
A colleague at work gave me this as a souvenir from back home.
When you flip the label on the chicken, you will see an owl!
The aroma is a beautiful ginjo fragrance.
The mouthfeel is mellow,
with umami in the middle,
The aftertaste is dry and cuts cleanly through the palate.
