コジコジI bought one for myself at Shin-Yamaguchi station on the way home. I had it well chilled at home.
It was a little sweet at first, but quickly became dry. It has an elegant fade and is a great souvenir sake.

While the attack has a gentle sweetness, the alu-ness makes the mouthfeel dry and refreshing, and the flowing, deep umami flavor leaves the palate. It goes really well with meals.
