It is a sake sold on the sightseeing train called "Ametsuchi", and we had it with a bento box filled with Tottori's specialties. We had it at room temperature, and it had a faint but refreshing aroma and a slightly bitter taste, making it refreshing and light. We served it with a variety of local dishes, and it was well-balanced and delicious. The bottles and plastic glasses are also stylish.
