Purchased at a souvenir shop as a souvenir of a trip to Nikko. It is a local sake of Nikko. After returning home to Tokyo, I soaked up the aftermath of my trip. On the second day, I visited Toshogu Shrine and other shrines and temples. I drank it well chilled. The aroma is subdued. It is slightly aromatic and dry, with a long aftertaste and good acidity. Well balanced and delicious.

Purchased at Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. Sake by Chiyotsu Toraya Co. As I posted before, this sake brewer is not registered, unfortunately. It is different from Kotobuki Toraya Sake Brewery. It is light and dry with excellent sharpness. Sharp and perfect for a mid-meal drink.

As it is a travel sake, we purchased it at the Oishida station kiosk. It is made by Wada Shuzo, the same company that makes Aradama. The brand name was registered as Aradama. I love Aradama, so I have high expectations for it. Surprisingly? It has a fruity ginjo aroma. The taste is light and sweet. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It is a good sake with a high degree of perfection.

Purchased at a store in front of Oishida Station. The label seems to have been designed by Kiyoyuki Okuyama, who designed Ferrari. The aroma is of refined alcohol, and it comes in easily. The taste is light and sweet. The alcohol taste is sweet and goes down your throat nicely. I was surprised to see that it was a regular sake. I was surprised that it was quite ginjo-like.
