It has a smoothness that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It was hard to believe it was junmai sake. It was full-bodied and delicious. I paired it with grilled scallops.

Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. Fumotoi's Fumotoi Sake Brewery was severely damaged by the recent torrential rains. It is my favorite sake, but I bought it to support them. I have wanted to drink it for a long time. The ginjo aroma is clean and refreshing, with a hint of alcohol. The color is slightly golden, which is very summery. The taste is light and dry, but it also has a hint of sweetness. I guess it is a characteristic of Dewa Sanzu. It is not too refreshing, but it has a rich feeling. It is the end of August.

Purchased at a local liquor store. I thought it was a strange jacket, but when I picked it up, I was surprised to find it was Eiko Fuji. It's not so surprising. The origin of the penguin is unknown 🐧. It has a strong aroma of rice and lactic acid. It is said to be dry, but it is sweet because it is orikarami. However, it is unquestionably dry among orikarami. In that sense, it is an interesting sake. It is light and refreshing. It is a summer sake. On the second day, the taste did not change much, but the sweetness became more mellow. The lactic acidity has increased.
