Okinawa conquered!
I thought I was going to be in Nagasaki, but it turned out to be Nagasaki.
Frankly, that's a shame, because that was my goal.
However, it was indeed a daiginjo.
It was delicious, with a subtle sweetness and no bitterness.
It may be a luxury sake as a food sake, but we had it with lemon nabe (hot pot) using a lot of lemons that we received as a tax payment from our hometown.
It was delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Jay & Nobby, thank you for your comments. Yes, we are very happy to hear that. I will wait a little longer for the dawn of Okinawa. The hot pot was made by your wife with a domestic lemon, which we got from the hometown tax payment 😉.
