たけぽん
This is the second sake I purchased in Suwa, which I visited the weekend before last. I couldn't even get lunch today, and as a reward for working hard, I opened it without waiting for the weekend.
It is the first Daiginjo I have had in a long time.
A sip. It has a faint sweet aroma. It is refreshing, but it finishes crisply.
It is delicious. Maybe the Masumi and Daiginjo are getting to me.
If I buy too much sake, I get complaints that my refrigerator gets too small, so this was 300 mm.
It ran out quickly.
I paired it with red meat and eringi mushrooms that I bought at the butcher shop.
It was a feast.
