This is a refreshing, cool, and full-bodied sake, perhaps because I drank it after the dry Yamazato Kotobuki.

I went to a roadside station in Joso, Ibaraki.
I bought melon and sake and others.
There are still 3 bottles in the fridge, so I bought a small size one, the kind I don't usually drink.
It was dry from the moment I drank it all the way through to the aftertaste.

The other day, I happened to find this snake-eyed tokkuri at an old tableware shop in Kichijoji.
I bought it because it was rare to find a sake cup with a snake's eye. The clerk told me that it might have been made as a novelty item.
I poured some Yamasan, which I had just purchased, into it and tasted it.
It was sweet and full-bodied, with just the right amount of acidity. A fruity and delicious cup.

Business trip to Osaka
While it is a stable drink, it is no longer as impressive as the first time I drank it.
But it is definitely delicious.

Limited edition summer sake.
The label is cute and pop.
A cup served at room temperature will leave you with a strong alcohol taste.

I ran out of sake to drink at home, so I went to Bishakudo in Kotoe while running errands. There are so many that it's hard to choose.
I bought only two bottles of sake because I couldn't fit them in my refrigerator.
This was my first Kagawa sake. It has a muscat flavor and a full-bodied taste.

Strawberry milk looks sweet.
One sip and the sourness spreads in your mouth.
Maybe there are a lot of drinks from Nagano these days?

The first sip is very orangey, but from the second sip you don't feel it so much.
It is an easy-drinking, lightly cloudy sake.

I bought this sake from Suwa when I was in Nagano the other day. I also toured the sake breweries in Suwa a few years ago.
The active nigori bi blue is one of those bottles that you have to open gently or it will blow out.
It is a delicious sake with a mouth full of bubbles.

Collaboration with LIBROM, a craft saké brewery in Fukuoka.
Lighter than it looks, 12 degrees.
A combination of mango and chili.
The taste of mango is changed later to chili pepper. An unusual drink.
