★4.0 The nose is completely white wine. You can feel the acidity and fruitiness of white grapes in abundance. When you drink it, at first it is like a white wine that is very easy to drink, just like the aroma, but after you drink it, you can feel the delicious taste of rice from sake. It is a little different from both white wine and sake, but you can feel the goodness of both, and you will want to drink it again next year!

★3.5 I've been drinking this sake mainly at a kappo izakaya in Tokyo with the same name as the sake. (The seafood I had at the restaurant was just so delicious...) This is my first time drinking at home. I bought this sake to drink with food. But at first, I drank it by itself. Yes, it is delicious. It is light and has a lot of flavor. But it shows its full potential if you drink it with food. It is also good in terms of cost performance.

[*4.0 Snoclet followed by twilight orange on the left. I drank this bottle on the recommendation of the female owner who knew my taste at the end of a long night of drinking at an izakaya (Japanese style bar). I was so impressed by the bittersweet taste of the orange peel that I couldn't forget it, so I bought it. Hmmm... It's delicious, but on the first day, I couldn't really taste the sourness and bitterness like orange peel... It was normal and tasty, but it wasn't a reproduction of the impression. However, after opening the package and letting it sit for a while, the sweetness subsided and the orangeiness increased? Just that the previous impressions were too high... it's just plain delicious!

5.0 We compared Koei Kiku, which we have had in the store but could not purchase easily. We started with the right side, Snoclet. When you remove the rubber lid, the lid pops off. I like this moment because it feels fresh. Lactic acid bacteria + fruity aroma of melon and green apple. The freshness of the fizzy foam, light acidity, and bitterness. It's so good! Really delicious! You can't go wrong with any Koueikiku!

★4.5】 I had been curious about it for a while but had avoided it because I thought it might be too sweet, but since there was a middle size, I bought it to try it out. The aroma is completely Yakult. When you drink it, it is indeed sake, but it has a strong yogurt taste, almost like makgeolli, and it is like a juice. The alcohol is so light that it is hard to believe that it has 14 degrees of alcohol, and it is easy to drink. I thought it would be sweeter, but it tastes great and does not make you tired of drinking. I found out that it is sold at a store near me, so I will repeat it again!

[★4.0 Junmai Ginjo on the left. Compare with the right one. It has a stronger lactic acid bacteria aroma and more effervescence when drunk than Asaromi. The sweetness is weak and the bitterness is strong, leaving a slight tingling sensation on the tongue. I think there are different tastes, but personally, I prefer Asaoroumisou. If you let it sit for a bit and match it with food, it matches smoothly and deliciously without any cloying taste.

4.5 I have always been curious about this local sake from Saitama, but finally bought it. I started with the special junmai on the right. The aroma is slightly lactic acidic. When you drink it, you will notice a slight sourness with a sweetness that is not too strong. There is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste. It is delicious on its own, and when paired with food, the sweetness softens a little and enhances the food. The alcohol content of 16% does not seem too high and the sake is very cost-effective. Add it to your favorites! Bunraku, also from the Northwest Shuzo Brewery, has a classical sake image, but Sara is the exact opposite, a modern sake that reminded me once again of the wide range of sake available!

[5.0 They said it arrived yesterday. There are four varieties including this one, all apparently made from rice grown in Chiba Prefecture. The other 3 bottles are made with different rice and have a milling ratio of 50%. The one I bought is made from Koshihikari rice and has a milling ratio of 90%! That's about the same as the rice I usually eat! The specs were interesting, and the clerk who compared them recommended this one, so we bought this one. Correct! It's so good! When you drink it, the sweet taste of the rice spreads in your mouth with a slight lactobacillus-like flavor, then quickly disappears, leaving a faint sweet taste on the tip of your tongue. It is easy to drink and suitable for summer because it does not have a long aftertaste. I drank it by itself, but it seems to go very well as a mealtime sake because it is made from Koshihikari rice. This is one of my favorite sakes that I have had this year!

4.0 First try at the recently popular Kangiku (although I think I've had it at a store before). Almost no aroma. When you take a sip, you will feel the sweetness of sweetness, sweetness, sweetness, sweetness. Syrupy sweetness comes with a bang. There is almost no sourness, bitterness, or fruity taste, and it specializes in sweetness. In terms of floral and volume, it is similar to Jigokan. If you drink it all the time, you will get tired of drinking it, so I would like to drink it little by little, alternating with other sakes. (After one day) The sweetness has calmed down and become more balanced. If I were to use an analogy, the first day was the first part of a frozen sports drink that has melted. Now it's like a regular sports drink. It still has a strong sweetness, but I don't think I'll get tired of drinking it.

[5.0+] It's Kabutomushi season again this year. As soon as I opened it, it was more like a lemon CC without carbonation than a lemon squash, and only the prolonged sourness was noticeable, hmm? I thought. On the second day, it opened up and became fruity. It has a gorgeous apple-like flavor and it's so delicious! I want to drink it every day for a while. With this sweetness and alcohol, I think I could catch beetles if I put it on trees instead of sap.

[*2.5 Chilli and slightly effervescent. There is almost no sweetness, and a distinctive aroma wafts over the nose, leaving a strong bitter taste. I personally don't like the dusty, indescribable aroma. It's quite dry, but it doesn't go well with food and is difficult to find. After a couple of days, it opens up a bit and the mouthfeel becomes a bit milder and somewhat easier to drink... Many people rave about it, so did I happen to buy something that was deteriorating in quality? I thought so. Sorry, but I don't like it and don't seem to be able to finish it.

[4.5 This is a gift from a friend. It is a Junmai Daiginjo version of Ume no Yado, which I have received before. It is not fruity, but the aroma and flavor are delicate yet robust. There is a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, and while it does not interfere with the food and complements it, it also makes a strong statement as a sake. But personally, I recommend drinking it by itself to appreciate its high quality. It was very delicious.

[3.5 A gift from a friend. The aroma is a bit lactic acidic and fresh. The first time it was opened, it gave a strong impression of being a bit dry, and it seemed like it would go well with a meal or warmed sake, but a few days after opening the bottle, the bitterness and slight fruity flavor came out, and it was well-balanced and delicious. We enjoyed it with a meal.

[★5.0 Fruity aroma like ripe pineapple. It is similar to Kameizumi. When you drink it, it has a fresh sweetness. It is not too sweet, but not too light either. It is indeed a light and refreshing spring sake. The etiquette says it is a food sake, but it is also very tasty on its own.

4.0 When it was first sipped, it was hard and had little acidity characteristic of SENKYO, giving it a classical rather than modern feel. However, a few days after opening, it opened up and gradually developed its umami and characteristic acidity, becoming delicious like Sengkyo. The mouthfeel is mellow, soft and delicious. However, I prefer Organic Naturals and Seasonal Sake among Sentori.

★4.0】 I bought this for drinking by itself, thinking of Kameizumi because it is called "cel24". The aroma and sweetness are more refreshing than Kameizumi's. If Kameizumi is pineapple juice, this is like pineapple water. If Kameizumi is pineapple juice, this is like pineapple water. It can be drunk regardless of one's mood, and it is delicious and perfect for the hot season.

★4.0 This is a Junmai Daiginjo from the flagship line, different from the Daiginjo with its own yeast that we drank last time. This one is less sweet and has a clean taste that is typical of Kubota. If you want to pair it with a meal, this is the one, and if you want it on its own, the original yeast has its own merits.

★4.5 The bright red bottle of this sake, with the motif of Char from Gundam, is an eye-catching sake, even if you don't like it. It is made from Miyamanishiki rice polished to 39%, and is not just a colorful sake, but a sake of high quality (for the money). It is quite refreshing and better to be paired with food. By the way, the red color is only on the bottle, and the sake color is beautifully clear. It was good for conversation and tasty.

[5.0 Pitchy and fresh sake. Very well balanced, strong umami and flavorful. It doesn't get in the way of food and doesn't lose when combined with food. It is still outstandingly stable. Delicious!
