This is Aizan's Wind Forest.
The aroma is cider-like, apple-like, clean x fresh.
When you drink it, there is almost no sweetness, and it goes all the way to the sharp end with light fizz.
There is not much sweetness or fruityness, and it is insanely dry. If someone told me it was sparkling water, I would believe it.
I would like a little more flavor and sweetness.
It seems to go better with food than by itself.

After a few days of aging, the fizz settles down and the sweetness and depth increase.
