Souvenirs from the brewery. Limited to the warehouse. There are seven types of limited-edition nama-shu, but this was the only one left. But it is good! It is hard to believe that it is 70% polished rice, and the first sip is delicious. There is definitely a touch of alcohol, but it is well harmonized. It is a sake with no unpleasant taste.

Opened a souvenir from Sado for the first time in a year and a half. Slightly colored, with a slight old sake feel. Nice aftertaste. Delicious.

Gero sake bought in Takayama. Delicious. It has a standard taste. It goes well with food. It tastes like you are drinking sake. Forgot to post this.

Ishikawa souvenir. Kaga Tobi. Slightly effervescent, rather old-fashioned. A little watery. It has a light taste. It's better to drink with rice than with salt or other small snacks. Good with strong flavored rice.

Third Yoshida Kurau Mangoku No Shiro It is good no matter how many times you drink it. Excellent. Great cost performance. I wonder if the freshness is better, or if the piquancy is stronger. It's good with cheese and fermented foods, while still having the nostalgia of being good for anything. I wish it would sell more.

Purchased at a local brewery, Takeuchi Sake Brewery in Ogaki. I tasted it and it goes well with delicious tsumami. It also goes well with sashimi! It also has a little color (a little brownish). It tastes best when freshly opened. Oh, it's so good!
