Finally open. Higoka" is a nigori (nigori) in Kamizo.
It is delicious. The good points of nigori are concentrated in the foamy and cloudy taste. It goes well with western style snacks.
It goes like a fool with abalone grilled with butter liver soy sauce, shallots, and a little yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper). Very tasty. I'm very satisfied.
Sashimi is also good, but this goes well with dry sake.
