For the first time, I reserved and purchased sake directly from the local Sugihara Sake Brewery. It is freshly pressed sake. Melon-like aroma from the first sip. Both sides of the bottom are numb, and the umami flavor comes with a zdong. Delicious! It's so delicious! If I could drink such good sake, I would make a reservation and buy it regularly. It goes well with cream cheese marinated in molasses and anything else, but it goes really well with this. It is a strong and delicious sake that envelopes strong snacks.

At my parents' house at the beginning of the year. Sweet and sour, very Senkou-like. Domaine (part of the process from cultivation to brewing. With the rice made from the brewing water.) is a word I learned at Sentori.
