It was a little expensive for 500ml,
I bought it because it was an old Hanagaki sake, which I like.
The aroma is unique to old sake and the taste is deep and delicious.
Purchased at a sake brewery opening event.
Apparently, it was a test sale. I was attracted by the limited edition of 100 bottles, so I bought it.
It is refreshing, but still has the taste of sake, and is easy to drink.
I think it's good to drink something like this once in a while.
The price setting of 1,000 yen for 360ml is good for me, but I wonder if it is good for the general public.
My first Tokyo sake.
Sake with an unusual aroma.
Tastes fresh, deliciously dry.
It has a slightly gaseous taste and is a sake that I would like to try again.
I wonder if Omachi is like this?
Where did I buy it?
I bought it because of the music note label.
It has a fresh, unpasteurized sake-like flavor, and is a bit sweet? It is fresh and fresh like nama-zake, but it has a strong umami flavor, so the sweetness is not too much.
I think I would like to drink it again. It was a sake that made me think, "I'd like to drink it again.
Purchased at Eki Marche in Osaka Station.
I had never seen much of this sake, as it is from Kanagawa Prefecture, and
I was intrigued by the fact that it uses a yeast that produces malic acid, which I have been a bit fond of lately.
It seemed to be a fairly fine sparkling wine, sparkling and shrieking but dry enough to blow the cork out of the bottle.
The alcohol content was a little low at 13 degrees and it was refreshing and easy to drink.
