I think this was the most mature of all the Kamonishiki's sake I have had so far. It is clear and easy to drink even for those who do not like sweet sake.

Sake brewed with Sasanishiki.
I bought this sake out of curiosity, but it has a dry, aromatic taste and is easy to drink with meals.

A long time ago...
We had it again this year.
I love the freshly squeezed, shwashy, juicy feeling.
The aroma and taste change as time goes by.

This year, Senkou claims to return to Edo (present-day Tokyo).
It has a sharp and full-bodied flavor.
It tastes sharp and clean right after taking it out of the refrigerator, and after a little time, it has a round and rich flavor with a sense of fullness.
I bought the arabashiri this time because I wanted to taste the new sake, but I regret that I should have bought the chutori as well.

I kept it for New Year's Day.
I had saved it to drink at New Year's.
It has a sweet apple-like aroma and a good acidity. How could it not be delicious?
I love rice wine after all!
