drinking at home
I had an image of Banshu Ikkyo as a dry and sharp sake from my impression of it, but when I bought it because of the light nigori, it was completely different.
It had a pear-like sweet aroma, a refreshing sweetness with just the right amount of acidity, and a light nigori (light nigori) taste. It was the perfect sake for summer.
