This is the 3rd Hello World from Sakelabo. It is still the best tasting! It retains the usual sour taste of Sengoku, but has a very delicious lactic acidity-like flavor that is typical of Hello World. It is a sake that can be enjoyed like a juice, and I would like to have Hello World again! I look forward to it, Mr. Sakelabo, Kai and Usui! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We got it again this year, UA Kabutogata. This sake, designed to be an adult honey lemon, has a more cohesive flavor than Kabutomushi, and is more sweet. It's an understandable feeling of being a honey lemon. Personally, I think I liked Kabutomushi better this year. Sentori itself is characterized by a fruity taste reminiscent of lemon and lime, so Kabutomushi had a more refreshing and summery taste. This year's sake was definitely another sake from SENKYO, and the taste was as good as can be expected. I am looking forward to the next year. Thank you very much for the sake.

This is the second bottle of summer sake from Kangiku! All of Kangiku's sake are delicious! Compared to Hoshikai, it is lighter and has a refreshing taste. It is easy to drink and can be enjoyed in the heat of summer. It is not tiring to drink and has the characteristic bitterness of Kangiku, making it a good sake to get to know Kangiku. In my image, it is like adding bitterness to the aftertaste of Kido's summer sake. I am looking forward to the next Sangiku. Thank you for the sake.

I was very curious about this sake because it is limited to Imadeya, and I bought a bottle for the first time because they had already sold out of the four-pack bottles. It tastes like a Kabutomushi kijoshu, with a lemon squash flavor typical of Kabutomushi, but with added sweetness and richness, making it more drinkable. It has a very strong lemon squash flavor, and I recommend it to those who like strong flavors, and I think I prefer this version to the regular version. I may not come across it again, but if I do, I will buy it immediately. Thanks for the treat.

This is the second bottle of my favorite "Summer's coming" by Ohmine-san. I had it in the summer season, just like summer lol. It is still delicious! It has the sweetness that is typical of Omine-san, with a summery citrus fruity taste like lychee, acidity, and a refreshing feeling, making it very easy to read and enjoy like a juice, a very dangerous sake. As I said, Omine-san is consistently delicious, and I like it so much that it is one of my top 3 favorites in the sweet genre! This sake is also very high in the sour genre! They also have a summer nigori sake, so I would like to have that next time. Thank you for the sake.

We will have the different rice series from Tenbi again this year! The design seems to have changed since Mr. Fujioka left. We liked the previous design, but this one is stylish and nice. The taste is still the same with the acidic flavor of Amami, but the impression is more subdued than before. It has the deep umami and robust flavor that is typical of Omachi, and you can feel the characteristics of the rice even more than before. The series with different rice seems to be promising this year, so I would like to buy the next one. Thank you very much!

We had a cider from Senkou, which had been well-received for some time! I thought it would be an apple cider in essence, but it was thicker than I expected, very drinkable, and delicious! My favorite Kangiku's Hoshikai! It is a stable taste! It has a freshness like a summer sake, with concentrated acidity and umami, and the bitterness that is typical of Kangiku is a nice accent! I wish more stores in Kansai would carry this sake. I would like to buy it again! Thank you for the sake!

Halcyon we received again this year. The lime-like fruity flavor is delicious and makes me feel like it is summer. Koueikiku itself has been making sake with less acidity and more flavor than in the past, and this sake has a more subdued acidity than last year. It is very easy to drink and is a dangerous sake that can be drunk with gusto. I am looking forward to next year! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We received a bottle of Hiran's Kijoshu! It is one of the sweet fruity Hiran, and it is especially sweet. The sweetness is natural because it is a kijoshu, but it has a refreshing sweetness that makes it very easy to drink. You brew a lot of very flavorful sake with great care, and this was not only sweet, but also had depth and a flavor that was not tiring to drink. I would like to buy it again and personally would like to talk to you at an event at a standing bar that I have recently started going to. Thank you for the treat!

I attended the Kameizumi fair at a store near my house. I was able to talk with the brewer about many things, and the sake tasted very good, so I bought it, even though it was a little expensive. Kameizumi CEL is a sweet sake that is easy to drink. I have never had it at home, but I have had it at the store from time to time. This was the first time I had it at home, and it was very tasty. The unique sweet taste from the CEL yeast enhances the sweetness of Aizan, and with the lingering aftertaste that only a Junmai Daiginjo can provide, the sweetness can be felt all the way through to the end. I don't drink sweet sake as much as I used to, but I can totally drink this sake. I want to drink it again. It is a little expensive, but I would like to buy it again when it comes out again. I am glad I went to the Kameizumi Fair and found this sake. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It has been a long time since I had this, Kido! Kido is the number one sake brewer in Wakayama by Saketime. I have had Natsu no Shippu before and was impressed by its refreshing summery taste, and this sake has the same refreshing taste. It is amazing that the taste remains the same even though they mass-produce so much sake. It has a sweet and refreshing taste that is very easy to drink and refreshing. It does not have much acidity, which is different from the recent boom, but it is a sake that everyone can enjoy and that can be recommended to beginners. It is the best in terms of cosmetics. I would like to pick it up again! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

This Kame-no-o sake has a more wild taste than the previous Koei-Kiku sake, with the acidity typical of Koei-Kiku, but with a bitter rather than sweet taste. Sake made from ancient rice is also available at Sanchoku and Senkyoku, but I have the impression that it has the strongest wild taste, and it is unique. Personally, I like it, but there are different tastes. The design is also different from the previous ones, which I feel indicates that it is different from the previous Koei Kiku. I would like to buy it again next year if it comes out again. Thanks for the treat.

Yamadanishiki from my favorite production area! This time it is Roku-no-brewery! In the past, the piquancy was strong and combined with umami, but gradually the piquancy is becoming milder and the umami of the rice and the minerality that is unique to San-do are becoming stronger and stronger. Since San-do has gone back to its roots in the traditional way of making wine, I feel that I am able to directly feel the umami of the rice more and more. It is strange that the taste becomes milder as the regulation goes up. I liked the taste very much. Thank you very much for the meal!

We received a summer sake today as we head into summer. It has the acidity and piquancy typical of Kaze no Mori, but is relatively mild. It has a refreshing taste and feels like a summer sake. I haven't bought that many of the ALPHA series, but this one is reasonably priced, so it's very easy to buy, and I recommend it because you can enjoy a different flavor from the usual Kaze no Mori. It was a stable taste of Kaze no Mori. Thank you for the treat.

Next, we had the third Hello World! This ogara-mi sake has a freshness and sweetness that is very pleasant, and it tastes like a juice. It has a fruity taste like lime, which is more typical of SENKYO than the second version, which is natural since it is their sake. I just received the third collaboration and I got the second one! It was a little bit low because I had just tipped it over on its side... I'm about to cry... It tastes like a snowball, which is typical of Senkyoku, but with more umami, and combined with the silky nigorizake, it tastes like a juice. UA Dragon was a kijo sake, which was thick, but this one was light with sweetness. It is very interesting to see so many different derivations of the one work, Snowman. Kaze no Mori is stable and tasty. I sometimes feel like drinking Kaze no Mori (lol). This time, I got a bottle of Omachi. It has acidity, but I got the impression that the acidity was relatively subdued. The deep flavor of Omachi is very delicious. Personally, I prefer Yamadanishiki, but I sometimes want to drink Omachi as well. Thank you very much for the sake!
