Mimuro Cedar, which I have not had for a long time. It has become a difficult brand to obtain and is really hard to find.
Since it was hard to buy it, I was allowed to go to the Mimuro Sugi fair at Asano Sake Shop, which I often visit.
Mimuro-sugi is brewed very carefully, and although it is not a trendy fruity sake, its moderate sweetness and beautiful mouthfeel will captivate anyone who drinks it.
I think Imanishi-san's stoic personality is evident in this sake.
This sake has a clean, carefully crafted sweetness with a summery, refreshing, and crisp taste.
I was lucky enough to buy a bottle of Dioavita as well, so I am looking forward to opening the bottle.
Thanks for the treat.
