Purchased at the Banshu Ikkyo Fair at Asano Sake Shop. I really wanted to go when the brewer was there, but I could not make it, so I just had the sake. It is a very typical sake, fruity but sweet. Originally, the sake brewery made a lot of dry and classical sake, but recently they have changed the model to make it easier to drink. This sake is especially Aizan, so you can feel the sweetness more. Although it is Aizan, it is a very soft and easy to drink sake. It is a sake that will be a repeat purchase. I happened to see my favorite Yoshida Kurau and couldn't resist buying it. I was very happy because I had always been able to buy it only online. And the Hyakumangoku No Shiro is my favorite rice, with a unique sweetness that I really enjoyed. It is a fire-brewed sake, but it has a slight carbonation which makes it very drinkable. This is the third bottle in the series of Amami's different rice varieties. I still think that Yamadanishiki is the best tasting and my favorite of the Amami series. I feel that it is the best match for the microbubbles, and I was right to keep it. The sweetness and the slight effervescence are very good together, like Mitsuya cider. I felt that Tenbi is still delicious. Thank you very much.

In this installment of Amami's series on different types of rice, we introduce you to Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki. Senbon-Nishiki is a derivative of Yamada-Nishiki. However, it does not have the flamboyance of Yamada-Nishiki, but rather a more subdued taste, and on the contrary, the rice has a deeper flavor. This calm and deep flavor is a nice marriage to the fizziness that is typical of Amami, and it is very tasty. I also bought a bottle of Choshu Yamadanishiki, so I am looking forward to comparing the two. I feel that the taste of Choshu sake brewery has calmed down a little since Mr. Fujioka left, but it is as good as the others and I would like to continue buying their wines. This was the first time I had a taste of my favorite Kangiku's Orange Sea. It was the first time for me to try it, and while it has the fruity and bitter taste typical of Kangiku, it has a calm taste because it is an autumn sake. The fruity taste is not so strong, and it is an easy-drinking sake with a soft texture. This year, I was able to enjoy both Sengoku and Kangiku's seasonal sake throughout the year, and I am glad to know the good points of each sake. I would like to have them again next year. On the 99th, we received a very popular sake from Kangiku, which is associated with Kujukurihama. I had wanted to have this sake for a long time and finally got it. This sake is made from Koshihikari, an edible rice, and although it has less aroma than Yamadanishiki or other rice varieties, it has a good flavor of rice and a sweetness that is not too sweet. The light nigori (light nigori) taste gives it just the right amount of sweetness. If it were a clear sake, the sweetness would be too weak, and the sake would seem to be lacking in sweetness. The light nigori has just the right amount of sweetness and is exquisite. I only had two bottles of the Discovery series this year, but I would like to try another one next year. I am very satisfied. Rumors that you and Senkou are not getting along? It has been a long time since I have tasted Kobayashi Shuzo's Houou Mita. I had a bottle of Houou Mita from Kobayashi Shuzo, a sake brewery that I have not had in a long time. I had been curious about this cold wholesale sake for a long time, and happened to find it and bought it. It is a sweet, royal road sake, yet has a refreshing taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku. Since it is cold wholesale, it does not have a fizzy feeling, but it is very easy to drink and the sweetness is not too much. It was the first time in a long time that I had a high quality sake at home, but I was satisfied with this sake. I felt that it was a rivalry with Sengoku, lol. Thank you very much for the sake.

We had it again this year, SENKYO SAKAIHANAKI! It is still delicious and is just like the sparkling sake! This year's sake is relatively less citrusy, with a light sweetness and a pleasantly shwashy taste, making it easy to drink! Although the lingering summer heat is still intense this year, this is the last of Senkou's summer sakes. It was another very tasty series this year. I am looking forward to next year's sake with the concept of returning to Edo. Thank you for the treat.

It has been almost a year since we opened the bottle, as it was too precious to open. I opened the bottle because I thought it would be a good idea to open it. Perhaps because it had been sitting for a year, the corners had been removed and it had become a very drinkable sake. It has a very soft taste on the palate and the umami of the rice is very strong, and to be honest, I am glad that I let it sit. It is a sake that is hard to find, but if you have the chance to drink it again, it would be good to let it sit for a while as well. I would like to have it again. Thank you very much.

Harukasumi is an Akita sake from the Kuribayashi Shuzo Brewery, which I have had several times outside the house. This is the first time I have had it at home. I was attracted by the fact that they use No. 6 yeast, so I bought it. As expected of Harukasumi, it is a very fruity and delicious sake. It still has the fruity flavor that is typical of yeast No. 6, but the taste is different from that of Shinmasa's. Shinmasa has more of a No. 6 taste. While Shinsei's sake seems to bring out the flavor of No. 6 yeast more strongly, Haruka's No. 6 sake has a good balance between the umami of No. 6 yeast and the umami of rice. I think I would like to have Haruka from now on. I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Tanaka Rokuugo is a sake that we have not had for a long time. As expected, it is a sake in which one can properly taste the flavor of rice, which is typical of Tanaka Rokuugo. I have enjoyed many citrusy, fresh, fruity sakes, but I also like this kind of sake where you can taste the rice flavor that is typical of Japanese sake. Again, my favorite kijo sake from Yoshida Kurau, where "A" stands for acid and means sourness. It is a collaboration of my favorite things. I have always loved the unique sweetness and flavor of Ishikawamon, and with kijoshu, I can feel it even more strongly. On top of that, there is some kind of fruity sourness, which is like adding citrus juice to a Calpis sour, if I may use an analogy. It was so delicious that I drank it right up lol. I hope they make a sake like this again! Thanks for the treat!

I have always been curious about the DISCOVERY series. It is still different from the other series! Although it still has the same bitter aftertaste, this Blue Sapphire is very light on the palate with a rich aroma and sweetness, similar to the taste of shaved ice with blue sapphire. It has a different taste from the Occasional series, which tastes like a junmai daiginjo. I am looking forward to the next sakes in the discovery series. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We had it again this year, Senkohana. It is an assemblage of fire-added sake and may be the mildest sake we have had this year from Sengoku. It may be good on the rocks. It has a totally different feel from Kabutomushi, and I personally prefer Kabutomushi. The remaining summer sake from Sengoku is Uchijobanabi. I am looking forward to it again. We had Sunburst, a summer sake from Koei Kiku. If you like Sentori, you will definitely be hooked on this sake. It has a burst of citrusy acidity that makes it very hard to believe it is sake. It tastes different from Snokure and Haro, and Koei Kiku is getting easier to taste each year. I used to not be able to tell that much difference between Hello and Snoqualmie, but now I can properly taste the difference in flavor. Maybe it is because the depth of the taste has been increasing year by year. It is a stable taste and I will continue to buy Koei Kiku's next time. Thank you very much!

It has been a while since I have had Hozu and Sansho. Perhaps it is a characteristic of this year's sake, but it is less acidic than it has been until last year, and the umami of the rice can be felt more. Hozasu has more wildness than Yamadanishiki, and although it is not as spectacular, it has a refreshing feel to it, giving it the feel of a summer sake. Personally, I think I like it better than regular Homasu. I would like to have it again on an irregular basis. Thank you for the sake.

Ohmine is my recent addiction. I also had a bottle of Natsu Jun Kasumi Nama Sake. I loved the Summer Otogiri because it had a good balance of sourness and sweetness, but this one had less sourness and more sweetness and a refreshing flavor typical of kasumi sake, which is delicious when it is hot. I prefer Natsu no Otoshiri, but I would like to have this sake again next year. I would recommend it to sake beginners. Thank you very much.

It has an elegant sweetness that is typical of Sake Mirai, with a unique bitterness that is typical of Kangiku. The last of Sentori's Kabutomushi series is the second Kabutomushi. I still think it is the best sake as the origin! This sake is like the original lemon squash! I really liked the strong sweet sake like the golden Kabutomushi, but I can't miss this classic Kabutomushi! It tastes like lemon squash until the very end, and I never get tired of it. I haven't written about the taste at all, but it is just a delicious sake! I will buy it again next year! Thanks for the treat!
