Aramasa陽乃鳥 2023
Ryohei
2025.126th.
Shinsei's Yonotori, which had been laid up for a long time. Too good to be true lol.
The place I used to buy it from has gone all-out lottery so I don't think I'll ever have the chance to buy it again lol.
I used to be able to buy one out of every three times if I lined up at the store on a certain day, but now that there is a one-month application period and you have to apply for the lottery at the store, people who can't line up on a certain day can also apply for the lottery, and the ratio goes up. I can't afford that. I went out of my way to stand in line for over an hour early in the morning, and now it looks like I'll only have a chance at restaurants... I'll have to go to a certain restaurant in Akasaka lol.
I've been complaining (lol) for a long time, but this year's hanpukai is called Yonotori, so I decided it was time to open the bottle.
The taste is so clean and smooth that it is hard to believe that it has been aged for more than a year, and although it is a kijo-zake, it is elegant and moderately sweet.
I think Yonotori is my favorite among Shinmasa's sake.
I look forward to having it again at the next restaurant.
Thank you for the sake!
