Recently trendy and fabulously popular, Jiran. It has a trendy fruity flavor and is very easy to drink. In the introduction of the sake, it was written that it is like Aquarius, and it really is, with a very pleasantly refreshing and acidic taste. The price is in the 1000 yen range, which makes it a very affordable sake that can be easily enjoyed like a juice, making it a very cost-effective sake. A new product from Senkou. As a fan, it is a must drink lol. And very tasty lol. It has a lightness like Organic Naturals, but with more of the sweetness and acidity that is typical of Senkou. It has some peculiarities, so it may not be suitable for beginners. However, it is a must-try for those who like sour sake. Personally, I like the clarity of the regular Organic Naturals, but I found it somewhat lacking, and I preferred the classic Sentou for its acidity level. So I really liked this sake because it tasted very much like Sentori. I would like to buy it again! Thank you very much for the sake.

It's been a long time since I've been to Mimurosugi. It is a stable taste! It has a sweetness with a hint of orikara and is very tasty. I love Mimurosugi because I can never go wrong with their taste, no matter when I drink it. It also has a nice slight shwashiness to it, giving it a spring-like feeling. We received Organic Naturals X again this year. It is my favorite of the light-tasting Organic Naturals. It has a nice citrus and alcohol taste with just the right amount of soda water, and as a sparkling sake, it is the best tasting and the least tiring to drink. It seems that from the next year, SENKYO will be able to buy a variety of products, but I hope they will keep the sake equivalent to this one. If I find it again, I would like to have it. It's been a while since I had a splash of Nozomu. This time it was a draft. It had a shwashy feeling like a nama-shu, and since it was also a ogara-nama, it had a slightly mellow taste. It is a sweet sake and very easy to drink. The catchphrase is "Sake that appeals to the senses, not the head," and I found it to be genuinely delicious. I would like to drink it again when I find it. It has been a long time since I have had Yamada-Nishiki from Sansho. I like both Hozu and Kako because they each have their own unique flavor, but I think I like Yamadanishiki the best! It is gorgeous, well-balanced, and genuinely delicious! I thought this Gononozo was a little lighter than the other two. The absence of pesticides and fertilizers may have had an effect on this sake. The sake is brewed in wooden vats, and I used to feel the woodiness of the vats quite a bit, but this one has no woodiness at all. However, this one does not have that much woodiness and has a refined feel. I am looking forward to more and more delicious SANDO from now on. Thank you for the food.

This is my favorite sake from Yoshida Kurau to support the recovery. I have now completed my collection, and I wish for the earliest possible recovery. The taste is rich and dessert-like, like a kijo-zake. But it also has a bitterness and a fruity, grapefruit-like flavor. I thought there were very few sakes with this flavor. It was different from Shinmasa's Yonotori and Senkyoku's UADragon. It is not often that I have the opportunity to purchase Yoshida Kurau's sake, but I would like to continue to pursue it. I bought it because it is only available in leap years. It has a complex taste with a mixture of bitterness, umami, and fruity flavors that is very typical of Kangiku, and as is typical of Junmai Daiginjos, it has a strong lingering taste. This is my second UA Dragon this season. This sake from Kijo-shu is my favorite sake in the snowman series, competing with Hello World for first and second place. I love the normal Yuki-daruma with its clean taste, but for a winter sake, a nigori sake, a sweet sake is up there. Sentori is responsible for supplying it, and they distribute a lot of it, so I highly recommend beginners to try it. Thanks for the treat.

We have finally opened the bottle, Kako! As is usually the case with sansho, it has a minerality and piquancy, but unlike the gorgeous Yamadanishiki or the wild Hozumasu, it seems to have a rice-like rice sweetness and a sweet aroma that spreads in the mouth. Eikofuji is rarely seen in Kansai. I bought it when I visited Tokyo. It is a sweet sake, but not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. I have the impression that Aizan has a strong umami flavor, so this flavor is easy to drink! I wonder if it would be lighter with other rice. This is the second bottle of Yamamoto's "Do" this season. Contrary to its appearance, it is light and very easy to drink. And silky. Yamamoto-san's sakes give the impression of being light, and this one was no different. This is the first cherry blossom first love that I received from an acquaintance and had for the first time. It has a sweet and sour taste, really like first love. As a strain, it tastes similar to Senkou and Izumibashi, but it is a little different from both of them. It was a fresh taste and I liked it. It was the first time I had heard of this brand, so I am very glad to know about it because I would not have picked up this sake by myself. It is not something I often see at liquor stores, but I would like to pick it up again if I find it. It has been a long time since I have had a Niimasa-san. It was served in a flax cat glass that I was lucky enough to purchase at the NEXT5 event. I have had Flax Cat before, but this sparkling version has a taste that is hard to believe it is sake. The fruity taste of the citric acid from the white malted rice and the No. 6 yeast makes it taste like champagne. I had it with Western food, and it went very well with it. The taste is impressive and the mouthfeel is so good that the word "fruity" is not enough to describe it, and the taste of the sake can be felt in the shwashiness.

My favorite UA Snowman from Sentori. This is my second bottle of this sake this season and it is still delicious. It is an assemblage saké with a more cohesive flavor than the regular version, and the creamy snowball flavor and the more cohesive flavor are a good match. I haven't opened a bottle of Hello World yet, but I have purchased two bottles of each of the other snowman series, and the remaining one is UA Dragon, which I am very much looking forward to. After a long absence, Saku is a Hakutsuru-Nishiki. Saku is a so-called sweet sake, and this junmai daiginjo has a strong lingering finish and a very nice aroma. Hakutsuru-nishiki has a milder sweetness than Yamada-nishiki, and is very easy to drink. It is easy to drink even for those who are not good at sake, and it is also good to drink on special occasions. Although I have few opportunities to drink Saku these days, when I do, I am always able to reaffirm its deliciousness. I would like to buy Saku again when I find one I like! 大好きな廣戸川のにごり！時間が経ってもやはり美味しかったです。 クリーミーな味わいとシュワシュワ感がとても美味しくて、冬酒らしく、キンと冷えた味わいで、冬に飲むのがいいお酒ですね。 春になった今では少し季節外れ感はありましたが、逆に暑い日はとても美味しく感じると思います。 やはり来シーズンもいただきたいお酒No. 1です。 ご馳走様でした。
