Mikumari, which may be my favorite Hououmida, was again very tasty!
Hououmida has the image of being a sweet, high-quality sake, and I really like this one, with its relatively low sweetness, acidity, and freshness.
There are many sake from Tochigi Prefecture that I like, such as Senkou and Ona, so I hope to have more in the future.

Mikumari 2nd is delicious 😋.
I was surprised by the strong fizz and the deliciousness when I had it last year 😊.
There are a lot of delicious sake from Tochigi prefecture too 🤤.
