This is a bottle that I fell in love with in my early days of drinking sake.
I haven't had it in years, but it's still delicious 🥰.
It has an apple aroma and a slight effervescence.
It has a sweet attack, but it disappears quickly like Wasanbon, and the aftertaste is cut off with a thin bitterness.
A picture-perfect, clean, honors sake 😋.
I thought again that I was able to fall in love with sake because I found this kind of brand when I first started 😁.

The standard shimmering fire is great, of course, but I had a summer sake called Clear Blue a few years ago that was amazing, and I recommend it if you like Haneya!
