Shinshu Kamerei purchased for the first time in 2 years.
This is the first time I drink Yamada Nishiki 😋.
The top aroma is apple🍎, but strangely enough, the overtone is melon🍈, and the fruity aroma is multi-layered.
It is a little chili, and after a while after pouring it into a glass, it turns into a kiken rice juice with a sweetness that increases at once. ☢️
The impression is that it is fresh, sweet, and delicious right in the middle, and the quality of the sake is easy to drink and acceptable to all 😄.
