I said I'd end the year with a Yamagata barrel of sake, but God forbid, I had an affair. I drank Hyakumangoku no Shiro from Yoshida Shuzo in Tedorigawa while listening to Misha. It's slightly light and dry, probably a food sake, sorry to be honest, but it's delicious😋. I'm looking forward to next year. I'm going to sleep after eating soba noodles while watching the coming and going year.

For the sake to end the year 2021, we decided to have a sake from Yamagata. I asked Mr. Kihachiro Kato, who was selling sake at Marui Imai Sapporo for a limited time, if he could give me a sake that was closest in taste to "Sugi no Kami Kojo" (Kunipon's favorite, but hard to find in Sapporo). I was so excited that I went to buy it yesterday, slipping and sliding on the ice on my feet, and got it wild. The aroma of fresh cedar (Kunipon calls it the taste of tatami mats), the sharpness is amazing, it's really delicious, I love it, it's the best. I'm going to drink it while watching Hiroko Yakushimaru at Kohaku and eating cheese in Tsurui village.

Hakodate Jozo brewed Hakodate Monogatari (Hakodate Story). The right is raw sake and the left is brewed once. I felt the potential of the delicious Hokkaido rice.

I bought mine at Fuku-chan! I wasn't sure if it would be commercialized and it was reasonably priced at 900 yen, so I compared the drinks. I liked the white one better.
