To refresh my palate, I opened a bottle of KAWABU, which has been on my mind recently!
It's so tight and sweet, and then it's astringent!
This is the one.
We have drunk 57 Mie sake, and almost all of them are Jikin.
Naturally, "Jikin" is No. 1 in the Mie ranking,
Saku" in second place
No. 3 "Tamitsu
Hanzo" in 7th place
I have had "Jikin" and "Hanzo", which is my personal favorite.
But KAWABU is not in the ranking...
I can't believe it didn't even make the top 20...
Why?
Is the level high in Mie?
I'll have to try some of the top-ranked sake...
