Second time 🦢. This is the weirdest drink I've ever had. The specs are awesome! Sake degree -12 Acidity 4.1 The technique of Yamahai and white malted rice! And it is made with no77 yeast. The acidity of this 🦢san is a bit mild. But the sweetness is not so strong.
