First Shinshu Kamerei!
A gift from a friend 😄.
Since it was so nice, we had oysters in the garden, my favorite,
We made raw oysters and grilled oysters to welcome the guests.
The aroma has a nuance of white grapes.
You can feel freshness even after fire-roasting.
Slightly gassy.
Soft sweetness and characteristic strong acidity.
The lingering aftertaste is bittersweet and quickly quenches.
It seems to go on and on with just sake,
If you don't eat it soon, the raw oysters will be destroyed under the blazing sun😅.
It tastes as good as the rumors say, though,
My friend says that the raw ones are even more amazing.
I want to try the raw one next time 😄.
