We will have a Hitogokochi from Kuroemon XVI, which won the Champion Sake at the IWC last year.
The aroma is capueti, reminiscent of young apples.
You would never guess it from the austere label.
Fresh & juicy taste.
I also got the limited edition directly pumped ver,
I couldn't tell the difference when blind 😅.
Hitogokochi is not only Shinshu Kamerei! It was a bottle that made me think 👍
