Water that doesn't taste like anything. But it doesn't get in the way and goes well with food. When I looked at it, I saw that it was made in May of '19. I drank this in December of 20 years ago. I don't know when I drank it, but it seems to have aged for a long time. However, it hasn't evolved in a bad direction at all, and I don't complain because it was only 1,500 yen for drinking 6 brands in this shop.

Hananokura, which I have drunk many times since long ago, is made with Abelia yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture. It is a scented sake with a melon aroma. It has a good bitterness, but it's easy to drink. I was going to drink it as is for a while after pulling the bottle out, and then warm up half of the remaining bottle, but it was gone before I realized it. I wasn't drinking it by myself. It's so easy to drink!

Seems to be slightly fizzy but not impressive when drinking. If you drink only the supernatant without stirring well, it is very fresh and pure, with a slight acidity and a refreshing sweetness. When it is stirred, the flavor comes out and it becomes cloudy. Two days later it went bananas.

It is described as having sourness and bitterness, but the impression is that the bitterness is much more prevalent. This is actually a summer Gin from last year that I bought last summer and left for more than half a year until now in February. I pulled it out from the back of the cellar, thinking that a refreshing sake would go well with the ario aurio. I like Ishizuchi so much that when I find it at a liquor store, I buy it outright, and this sometimes happens. I don't think it has the so-called "Ishizuchi-ness". However, I think it went well with the bitterness of the firefly squid in the ario aurio.

Junmai with a bag squeeze It has the typical watery dry taste of Kikushi Shuzo. If you heat it up, it's a bit like hot water, but It has no acidity, no bitterness, and it's very pleasant. It is a perfect match for pickled eggplant. The friction disappears in the mouth. This is amazing.

This sake is said that the rice was recently changed from Omachi to Yamadanishiki. Is it a mellow sake? The color is light and it is not so much about the aroma as it is about the crispness. It's not a sake with a lot of umami, but a sake that stays with you forever.

Sake from Tanaka Shuzo Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, which makes Manazuru. No DB in the app. Eggy melon. Light yellow in color. The alcohol content is high for the taste, so be careful.

It's described as slightly dry, but it's soft on the palate. Is it dry? But it is not so sweet. But it is not so-called sweet taste. Also, the umami taste peculiar to Junmai is not deep and easy to drink.
