I saw a YouTube channel on Nadagiku sometime ago where they were pairing green curry with muddled sake, so I gave it a try. I figured this misa sparkling with melon aroma would be a good substitute for lassi. I'm not sure if it's a good match, but I think it's a great sake on its own, with a rich aroma.
