Even though it's April, this sake was made in the height of summer. I was able to enjoy the first and last sakes just as they were opened. The last one was sweet with a lot of umami. The last one is sweet with a lot of flavor, and the freshly opened one is dry and refreshing.

The mouthfeel is light, but the rice! It has a strong statement. I got it in 2014 after 6 years. It is a mellow sake that is more like a mature sake.

Limited edition of 300 bottles I saw a YouTube channel on Nadagiku sometime ago where they were pairing green curry with muddled sake, so I gave it a try. I figured this misa sparkling with melon aroma would be a good substitute for lassi. I'm not sure if it's a good match, but I think it's a great sake on its own, with a rich aroma.
