It's a campaign sponsored by SSI. The prize is not for sale, and you can get it by drawing from among the people who submit a photo of sake. I'm very happy to have won. One of the two bottles was Yamadanishiki and the other was Kamenoo. On the back of the bottle, there are a lot of "Domaine" letters in a small space. This time, I opened the Yamadanishiki one. It is not an easy daiginjo to understand. It is fruity but has a good flavor.

Aged sake after 3 years. It has a twisted feeling. I think it was the right decision to drink it with meat. It was so strong that I tried to drink it with soda. But it didn't leave any flavor.

We chose this sake to go with sashimi of sea bass. I don't want it to be sweet. But it is not dry and light either. Kikuhime's rich and full flavored sake is as good as it gets. It's not sweet, it's not spicy, it's not full of rice flavor, it's not sour, and it's not gloomy. I think it is a well-made sake.

I've had a lot of sake from Yoshimura Shuzo. I've had a lot of sake from Yoshimura Shuzo, and many of them are very strange, perverted, or maniacal. I can't say that this sake isn't maniacal by looking at its label, but It's very decent for a Yoshimura brewery. It is very dark, yellow in color, and the flavor of the rice attacks you like a golfer! It is very dark and yellow in color. It is good to taste it by itself. It is also good with simmered dishes.
