It retains the good part of the rice flavor of Junmai of Yukihikoyama, but it is not so dense and easy to drink, not so fruity Fruity rice? It is not fruity, but it is fruity of rice. There is also Omachi 70, but I decided to go with Asahi because I wasn't looking for sweetness that day. The appetizers were oysters, seafood such as namero, and skin pon. It is indeed Mansaku no Hana. Even though it is a pure rice wine, it has a great ginjo feeling. It was a good decision to use a wine glass. The bitterness comes out gradually, but it is very elegant. It's like a quiet girl with good grades who was in a class.

Aburaga Brewery is famous for Kaze no Mori. I also like Takanaga, which is located in a contrasting place to the ever-innovating Kaze no Mori. It is a pure rice sake, but surprisingly fruity. There is a crisp spiciness at the end. Unfortunately, many of Takanaga series are going to be sold out.
