Even among the various delicious sake I had today, this was a standout, or rather outstanding.
It has a smooth, round mouthfeel with no corners, and a clear, transparent flavor with a strong sweetness and umami.

I don't drink honjozo, so if you ask me if I like it, I don't. My favorite is Junmai. However, if you think about the taste and cost performance of this honjozo, I think it is unbearable for those who like it.

It is aptly described as an adult cider.
I like it because it has a strong, fizzy, bubbly taste, and is dry and light, but also sweet.
The bubbles are fine and elegant.

Compared to the other two, it was a little bit chippy. But after a little time, it changed to smooth.
The sweetness and flavor was close to what I usually drink, and it was definitely my favorite strain.

Sango-go" is said to have focused on "typical flavor and acidity" while making the most of Kame-no-o's characteristics.
It was delicious with a light mouthfeel and plenty of oriki.
Preferred ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
It has a complex taste with a light sweetness followed by sourness and a slight bitterness, but the overall taste is sharp and clean, so it is good as a food sake. 80% low white rice and ultra-hard water makes Omachi like this! It is not too sweet and the attack is dry and delicious.
It is not too sweet, and the attack is dry and delicious. It goes well with oily meals such as sweet-and-sour pork, fried rice, and stewed pork cubes.

This is my first time to visit Iraka (Iraka)!
They were just born last year in 2024.
This is the second indigo following the birth sake black.
From the aroma, it is different from any sake I have ever had.
Clear and delicious water.
Fresh and very tasty.
After drinking it, the woody aroma that passed through my nose was a first time sensation that was quite addictive.
I would like to pursue this.
Preferred ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
I couldn't decide between Kizanko and Yokoyama at the store, so I went with Kizanko.
The aroma is citrusy. I like the fresh aroma with a bitter taste like grapefruit peel.
It has a refreshing aftertaste and a sweetness, followed by a moderate acidity.
I paired it with Chinese food today.
Preferred ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
Sanuki Kuraudei appeared in a manga before and I was curious about it. I found it at a nearby liquor store.
It tasted like calpis, really sweet and juice-like. I opened it with my friend who usually does not drink sake. It was delicious.

We went to pick up our first Risshun morning pressing.
We enjoyed it along with a sake lees soup made with the sake lees we received with it, and sashimi and yellowtail teriyaki.
The aroma is not so strong.
The taste is not strong and light.
Drinking it in a glass with a trumpet-shaped mouthpiece took away a little of the chirichiri-ness and made it seem milder.
Since it is a good luck charm, I will enjoy it while joining hands with the sake god to wish for many encounters with delicious sake this year.

My first Shinsei.
This ecru is said to be the standard of Shinsei.
I thought many people would like it because it was easy to drink like water and had a good balance of sweetness and sourness.
The sweetness is followed by a pleasant sourness, and in the end, the sweetness softly envelops the sourness. The sourness is delicious, so it would be good to drink in summer.

My first Jikin.
My first Senbon-Nishiki.
It is a sake rice produced in Hiroshima, and Jikin serves it every year.
It was mellow and had just the right amount of sweetness for my liking.
This was the second one for me and the first one for my husband.
